Martina has a funny, likeable entrance but her brand of comedy is to overwhelm anyone else's character traits without giving them opportunities to build a narrative out of what's happening - which, hey, is just like an annoying drunk. I guess it's fun to see Raku hit someone with a pillow if you never have before."

[8.0] "This match was really good. Here are my favorite parts of this match. They started with some really great grappling. It devolved into a really good strike exchange. Nemeth is bumping his ass off in this match. These two exchanged sleepers, and then Nemeth was able to hit Ishii with a Olympic Slam. Nemeth hits Ishii with a Satellite DDT. Nemeth hit Ishii went for a Fameasser for a good near fall. Ishii hit Nemeth with a brutal Lariat. Nemeth hit Ishii with a godly German Suplex, which Ishii no sold. Ishii hit Nemeth with the Danger Zone and then a Lariat and went for a pin, which Nemeth kicked out at one. Then Nemeth hit Ishii with a superkick and attempted a pin which Ishii kicked out at one. After some countering and a Superkick and some more countering Nemeth hit Ishii for a Danger Zone for the win."

[5.0] "Like much of this card this was a slow boring nothing happening match what made it better than most of the rest of this card was that the finish wasn't a screw job and the face actually won."

[7.0] "A very good match that felt like it had a much higher ceiling; especially if given more time. Some great spots here, including an insane sequence where Nick brings Scorpio onto the rope with him to then perform a hurricanrana. SCU beat the Young Bucks clean as a whistle and remain tag champs going into 2020."

[6.0] "This was a good match; this was only my least favourite because everything else just happened to be stronger in my book. Britt Baker hasn't been overly impressing me as of this point, but I cant say the same for Kris Statlander. This was to decide the new Women's number one contender and who would go on to face Riho on the next Dynamite. Kris Statlander with the big win here."

[4.0] "This match was just ok. It served its purpose in pushing Big Boss Man but was nothing special as a wrestling match"

[9.0] "This was just an awesome match. Roderick Strong is so good in the ring, every move he does looks painful. Jay Briscoe is also a hard hitting wrestler and his personality always shines through. He wore the crimson mask for a good chunk of this match, which added to the drama of the battle that he was in with Strong. It seems that by the end of the match, the blood loss finally got to him and even though he tried to fight it, Roderick Strong got the better of him with his stamina and won clean. If you recall, it was blood loss that contributed to CM Punk losing his match with Samoa Joe at All Star Extravaganza back in 2004. I thought that the match with Chris Hero and Davey Richards would be hard to top, but I think that Jay Briscoe and Roderick Strong managed to do just that. This is one of those overlooked classics that I highly recommend. ****3/4"

[6.0] "Joe looks like a god throughout this match, but misawa wins so suddenly that they both kinda look like chumps. Misawa got his ass kicked the whole time and did like five distinct moves all match. That ending elbow was savage though."

[9.0] "This match was Great. Here are my favorite moments of the match. They started doing a bunch of great grappling. They had some great counters to each other's moves and submissions. Zack's transitions are fucking incredible. Riddle hitting multiple gut wrench Suplexes in a row was great. Riddle got over confident and Zack countered into an armbar. Riddle's slap that sent Zack to the ground felt brutal. Zack doing Toe manipulation on Riddle by Zack. Zack put Riddle in a great looking Bow and Arrow. Riddle caught Zack in a Triangle choke while Riddle was on the ropes leaning on the apron, and the ref made him break it up. Riddle hit Zack with a great German bridging Suplex. Zack jumped and then put Riddle in a Triangle choke, and Riddle was able to power out. Zack hit Riddle with a Tornado DDT and than transitioned into a guillotine. They counter each other's submission holds some more. The Zack Driver was great. Riddle countered a penalty kick into a cool half crab. Riddle hit a great German Suplex and hit a floating bro for a good near fall. Another great exchange of strikes from these two. Riddle went for a Brostone, and Zack countered and rolled Riddle up in a cool way for a great near fall. Zack countered Riddle into a crucifix pin for the win."

[3.0] "A complete mess. Kingston and Homicide are uninteresting here, and Cobb and TJP feel even more out of place. I like the Bullet Club rolling with their militaristic look, but this wasn't the cage match from earlier this year. Pretty easily the worst match of the show."

[10.0] "An outstanding, top tier tag match. Just an unreal match from four incredible women whooping ass. Particularly Mio and Hashimoto, who just bumped and worked their asses off. This was in buildup to the epic Sareee/Chihiro Hashimoto rematch and to have both these matches in 2024 is legend shit. Remarkable, insane tag. ****3/4"

[8.0] "This is half gimmick with the ten minute survival aspect but this is very much great. Jungle Boy stepped up here and finally showed out when he really needed to. Chris Jericho did a great job of building this young guys during his title reign while not having to lose. The story note of Jericho being overconfident was also great. Jungle Boy ends up surviving the ten minutes, and then even almost pins Jericho a couple times in the unofficial overtime. Good shit here."

[5.0] "A match that should've committed to comedy, or committed to a serious match. It did neither, so it was confusing. Hiromu was kind of phoning it in for this one too, but I liked Ali's performance. 2.5 Stars."

[7.0] "Really well done match in terms of storytelling. Shawn is the helpless yet cocky little man while Taker is the beast that wants to rip him apart. This is also probably Taker's second best performance. However, this match being overbooked at the end really soured it for me. I don't care for Kane at all and in retrospect I wish he'd never had as well. There are also sections of this match that drag on for too long."

[8.0] "How good Gunther is, what a good match they had, I think it was a spectacular way to end Gunther's reign, who should go for the WWE world title from now on. Regarding the match, the final sequence, where Sami was resurrected and ended up defeating Gunther, is pure gold. Fantasctio selling of both. What a good story told in a ring."

[7.0] "Pretty solid tag match. Great atmosphere and these guys have great chemistry together. I also appreciated the blade job done here, most of this guys are bleeding by the end of the match. What prevents me from rating this higher is that I think the match takes awhile to really get going."

[10.0] "This match is legendary, no matter how you look at it, the violence shown by both wrestlers is incredible, it honestly reminded me of the female joshis of the 90's. Pleasantly surprised, it will go down in history as one of the most iconic fights in pro-wrestling, perhaps the best women's match in North America and WWE, obviously, the final sequence is crazy. Fantastic."

[2.0] "Honestly, I expected much more from this fight, blood, violence, drama, etc., but what a mess it turned out to be, one of the worst fights at Wrestlemania, in its history."

[7.0] "Really solid match. Im not really the biggest fan of the House of Black as a unit, they feel pretty clashing with a lot of AEWs aesthetics and arent forceful enough in the gimmick to be a proper destabilising element, but theyre three very talented wrestlers and when they want to, they can put together a very fun six man tag. Always nice to see Matt Sydal on TV., sure hed have had more of a featured role over the last few years if he hadnt debuted like that. Nothing particularly exceptional but it was very entertaining and increased anticipation for the PPV 6-man."

[3.0] "A plodding match, with most of the time spent trying to make Jarrett a super babyface. Admittedly he was saddled with partners who could do little - Dusty made one of the slowest hot tags ever and Hawk had no timing here (Animal, at least, was decent). Even the commentary was off, with Tenay and West talking over each other, and West getting tangled up several times. The angle wasnt that interesting, and the crowd was flat. It all culminated in the unveiling of Nikita Koloff, which Tenay sold in a desperately excited tone in stark contrast to the non-reaction from the crowd."

[7.0] "A really good match, that in the grand scheme of this card almost feels a little hidden. After the loss last week with QT, Cody has enlisted the help of Darby Allin; with Darby having the catch that if they win he gets to face Cody one on one again. Butcher & Blade have been surprisingly solid so far, excluding their actual debut. Cody and Darby do manage to win here. This was good for Darby."

[5.0] "Pretty average match that ends in Bloodline interference, as is tradition it feels like at this point in these types of matches. Pretty forgettable and 2.5 stars at best."

[8.0] "This is how you open a show. I am really enjoying the Hangman/Kenny angle/dynamic so far, and find it interesting watching this stuff for the first time that Hangman was the one leaning heel at the time. I'm always happy at this point to see the Lucha Bros on TV. The Lucha Bros get the win here after Hangman accidentally hits Kenny with the Buckshot. Tensions seem high between the two supposed friends before PAC breaks things up by threatening Michael Nakazawa backstage."

[10.0] "This match was exceptional. This is my favorite Women's match ever. I was locked in as soon as the bell rang and was crying tears of joy by the end of it. Everything felt right, Iyo and Bayley were as smooth as butter together. They both had all timer performances. There was a great nearfall when Iyo hit the Over the Moonsault, where i was so terrified that Bayley was going to lose, but she did kick out. We did get Bayley countering the Over the Moonsault near the end of the match, which led me to breathing a massive sigh of relief. They had a really good mix of high flying spots and awesome grappling, such great counters, reversals, etc. Iyo worked Bayley's leg for a good portion of the match and Bayley sold it so well, even after the match. The finishing sequence was great stuff with really good counters and everything. It was a great decision to have the match have no interferences. The crowd was very much behind Bayley, which you love to see. I'm so happy for Bayley who finally got that big singles win at WrestleMania. Such a great payoff to the Bayley and Damage control story."

[8.0] "This match was really good. Perc Perry's entrance was really well done. The man even has broken glass art on his pants. Had a Chicago flag on his back had "Cry me a river" painted on his Jacket. Perry took the audience's reaction in stride. Here are my favorite moments from the match. Perry had a nice cheap shot at the beginning of the match slapping Shooter. "You got chocked out" and "No he didn't" dueling chants is crazy. Shooter had some nice offense, especially a great northern lights Suplex. He then did a taunt at Jack Perry's old gimmick Jungle Boy. Shooter had a really cool move where he threw Perc Perry into the ropes with his head hanging out of the ring and Shooter jumped over the ropes and hit Perry with a DDT on the apron. Great stuff. Perc Perry distracted the ref with Shooter behind him and landed a low blow because the Ref couldn't see. Perry then hit Shooter with a Tiger Driver for a good near fall. They had a great strike exchange mid way through the match. I love Shooter's finish (The Ignition) what a awesome move. He hit Perry with it for a near fall. Perry hit an awesome Poisonrana and then the Unprettier for a near fall. The crowd chants GTS. Perc Perry does some Punk moves and signals for the GTS. Perry goes for the GTS, but Shooter counters with a DDT. Shooter wins with a elbow to the back of Perry's head and a Death Rider."

[6.0] "This was very messy and one of the less interesting versions of this type of hardcore match I've seen, but I still enjoyed it for what it was and had fun watching it."

[6.0] "I'm not quite sure what happened here. Both Takahashi and Ali are great wrestlers, but they just didn't click as well as I'd hoped in this match. While it was still a decent match, it was kinda disappointing given the level of talent."

[9.0] "Really great match - an ideal PPV opener. I would like to defend the much criticized finish as it was a creative and interesting way to introduce Akio & Sakoda into the fold."

[4.0] "Typical pointless Crazzy Steve match. They should just retire the digital media championship if they don't know what to do with it. Laredo Kid getting the dq did somewhat freshen it up a bit but still not very good"

[7.0] "While the in ring work wasn't quite up to snuff with the build and atmosphere, this was still a a good match. Jack Perry's return to Chicago since the incident at All In was a sight to behold and it was cool to see Shota Umino coming back from his tournament loss to get the win over Jack Perry in a match that would have made all the sense in the world for Jack Perry to win given the location."

[6.0] "Average match. ABC carried the match. AJ Francis is just not good right now and I've never been a Rich Swann fan. ***"

[5.0] "I was hoping for a lot more out of this one. As a wrestling match, it did its job. But as a feud between two brothers, this one came up very short for me. These two needed to go after each other with everything they had, but they didn't, and it all fell flat in the end. Just a wrestling match. Nothing special at all."

[7.0] "A surprisingly good match. PCO is in his element in a hardcore style match. Kon looked very comfortable in those settings as well. The match was definitely above my expectations ***1/2"

[5.0] "I thought this was a good match dragged down heavily by Rosser and Flithy Tom. They're both bland, had no chemistry, and the whole Team Filthy dynamic was a little silly. At least WCWC can wrestle. I'm bummed GOD lost the gold, as their reign was growing on me, but happy OG TMDK get their chance at NJPW gold. 2.75 Stars."

[7.0] "This was a very good match. It's cool that we got to see X-Pac wrestle Bryan Danielson back when he was still in shape. Danielson was one of the best in the world, and while X-Pac wasn't working for any of the major companies, he still did what he could to deliver a good match. This was a lot of fun, and I can't help but feel that if they got 20 minutes, they would have had an excellent match. As it is, it was pretty entertaining. ***1/2"

[8.0] "This match was really good. Here are my favorite moments from the match. Stephanie had a really cool takedown very early in the match. AZM showcased how fast she is with a great flurry of offense. Stephanie trapped AZM's head between her legs facing the mat and slammed her head repeatedly onto the mat. Stephanie no sold a bunch of AZM's strikes, which pissed AZM off and then she hit Stephanie with a nice Suplex. AZM's double stomp to Stephanie on the outside was awesome. AZM hit a great shotgun dropkick. AZM did some great submission work. They had some great counters to each others attempts to moves. Stephanie transitioned into an armbar, but AZM reversed into a pin, and Stephanie countered into a choke. AZM hit a awesome Double Stomp from the top rope for a near fall. The finishing stretch was awesome, with a bunch of counters by both women with Stephanie ending it with what i think commentary called a "Game Ender"."

[] "The in-ring work was nothing spectacular. But thats not really the point now is it? The story that was told here was beautifully done. You could feel the passion that exuded from both of these competitors. Willing to put themselves on the line for their craft. I loved the funkster flailing around like a ragdoll. Teasing you by getting closer and closer to those dangerous ropes. And whenever either of them made contact with said ropes, it felt like a huge barbaric moment. The lacerations on their bodies as a consequence, especially Onitas, were fucking disgusting looking. The countdown that appeared in the last 5 minutes of the match was fucking terrifying. Truly the stuff of nightmares. When that blaring siren hit its sustained crescendo, I had to turn the volume of my TV down from fear lol. I loved the ending spot where Onita decided to get back in the ring with Terry. Refusing to take the cowards way out, covering him from the impending explosion. As he respected him enough to go down with him. Overall, a damn near perfect match."

[7.0] "Just a quick reminder that both these women are two of the best in the world right now. There are some slight problems with AZM completing dropping the leg sell, and Steph being a step behind or two, but when these two got it right, it was fantastic. 3.75 Stars."

[4.0] "I quite liked the reactions from the crowd. Suzuki wrestles the same exact match nowadays, but the crowd still makes him feel special. Narita still sucks. Or at least this character does. 2 Stars."

[4.0] "One of the least impactful riot/deathmatches I've seen, too chaotic to follow much of the action at any one time, totally lost track of any one team's momentum."

[7.0] "Nice little TV match between Eddie & Rhyno with Eddie's multi-layered rule-bending securing him the win. The post-match though really elevated this segment - it's some Zona 23 shit with Big Show brutally destroying Eddie on his truck, sending him into windows, cutting him up badly with the broken glass and a brutal couple of bombs on both the hood and the roof. Not seen too much stuff like this in WWE so it's really worth seeing."

[6.0] "A satisfying match with ZSJ finally dropping the TV title to the new president of NJPW. They worked around Tana's limitations well, and the ending, while a little goody, protected Zach and was both a charming and fitting moment for Tana at this point in his career. 3 Stars."

[7.0] "An enjoyable defense from Nakajima, that really heated up once they came back into ring after the work outside. Ashino delivered a few nasty duplexes, and a wicked power bomb to Nakajima's neck, while the champ's kicks were stiff, and his arm work was strong. Just a good solid match. 3.5 Stars."

[6.0] "A refreshing match in the sense it felt like an NJPW match, not the overbooked American-style HOT stuff we've been getting. With a great ending stretch, some fighting spirit, and a mix of offensive styles, this was refreshing, to say the least. And while the first half of the match was disjointed and didn't pick up the crowd right away, ELP and Tsuji kept rolling with their match, and got the crowd hooked near the end. I'd love to see Tsuji level up some of fluidity in both his offense and selling, as it was hit-or-miss in this one, and ELP continues to show he can hang with the best of 'em. 3.25 Stars."

[] "Almost every single match on this Wrestlemania card elicits a facepalm or two. Then you have this anomaly. This gift from the gods just given to us amidst all this pile of shit. A lot has been said about this match and I dont think I could add anything more. Its stunning, iconic, a moment in time. Just watch it for yourself."

[7.0] "Far and above Naya's best match, and a compelling defense for Ueno. I think this one falls a bit short of Ueno's match with Brookes last year. This match isn't perfect, but the highlights and sequences from this match are fantastic, and the selling from both men was great too. 3.5 Stars."

[2.0] "This match failed to impress me. Both Rodz and Rivera are uneventful and lacking in flavor. At least there's a pinfall victory, albeit through questionable tactics. 1 star."

[9.0] "This match was amazing! Here are my favorite moments from the match. Great start off to the match with them exchanging holds and then countering each other's holds. A bunch of great transitions to submissions. Danielson did a bunch of cool shit that I've never seen him do before. There was a cool moment where Danielson used his momentum when Blue Panther was holding his weight to pull his body up from the mat where he did the "Yes" chant. Really great stuff. In the corner they traded chops which was great. The Busaiku Knee on the outside by Danielson to Blue Panther was sick. Blue Panther did a cool cannonball dive from the apron to the floor on Danielson. Blue Panther put Danielson in the Romero Special, which was awesome. Danielson did a really unique Suplex to Blue Panther off the tope rope where he had his feet leveraged underneath the top rope so he didn't fall to the ground. Danielson countered when Blue Panther tried to put him in a sharp shooter and transitioned into an attempt at the Lebell Lock, but Blue panther had his head tucked so Danielson attacked Blue Panther's other arm. Blue Panther was able to catch Danielson's arm and Danielson tapped, but Danielson's foot was under the rope. This led to Blue Panther getting distracted after being discouraged Danielson was able to get Blue Panther to tap with the surprise Lebell Lock."

[9.0] "Better than their 2016 G1 climax match by a good margin. This one felt more heated more important and much more intense compared to the first one in 2016. This truly felt like a final right from the start these two went all out. 4.5/5"

[8.0] "I liked the story going into this a lot with Tajiri stooging on Noble & Nidia to Vince, and going over the top with the black mist on Nidia which leads to Brock destroying the revenge-seeking Noble on Vince's behalf afterwards. In the ring it's short and simple, but two extremely reliably sick wrestlers."

[8.0] "I thought this was a great match. Jerry Lynn and Lo-ki had a great back and forth here, and used their time wisely to slowly build more and more to the finish. The X-Division was awesome in the early days of TNA, and these guys along with AJ Styles really laid the foundation for how big the X-Division would become. The finish wasn't ideal, but it would build towards the feud going on between these 3 men. ****"

[9.0] "It is a good match.I like to see wrestle use light tubes to fight with each other.Deaths match always fun."

[7.0] "After teaming up for the last time as AphroditE, Saya challenged Utami to a singles match, so this ended up being Utami's final Stardom match. Although it was only five minutes, they made the most of their time. The story of two best friends having a friendly last fight before one leaves was well done here, they went to a time limit draw and it was great sendoff for Utami as she moves on to the next part of her career. 7/10"

[6.0] "Good match filled with 80's tag team tropes but this was good. Unfortunately like a lot of this show it had a screw job finish. One of these finishes is fine but it has happened on almost all of the matches on this show."

[7.0] "Utami's last time teaming with Saya as AphroditE. Maika and Gori are a bit of a random team to face as their opponents, but they're all part of the same generation of Stardom wrestlers so it made sense. As expected, this was a good match. They did a little bit of comedy between Saya and Utami early on, it worked to lighten the mood a bit and was actually pretty funny. Very good back and forth action, with Utami selling a lot to make her opponents look strong as usual. Plenty of nearfalls to make things interesting late. A comeback by Gori capped everything off with her being the one to pin Utami, a nice moment for her. 7.5/10"

[3.0] "This encounter between Moondog Spot and Rick McGraw failed to capture my imagination. A lengthy stretch dominated by uneventful holds puts the match on pause in a sense. While the pace picks up towards the time limit draw, it's not enough to salvage my experience. 1.75 stars."

[7.0] "Giulia's last match for Stardom, after having signed with WWE and finishing her dates in Japan before officially moving on. Teaming up with Syuri one final time as part of ALK is a nice sendoff, it was cool to see their outfits and dance again. Really liked the action and the teamwork throughout the match, and they kept a consistent pace so things were always moving along. The last five or so minutes were great, lots of big moves and nearfalls. Hanan made a very good comeback at the end, which came up just a bit short as time ran out with her about to pin Giulia. No surprise this ended in a time limit draw, nobody here needed the win. Good match. Arrivederci! 7.5/10"

[5.0] "Decent match. This is the last evaluation for Aya and Kurara to determine if they're worthy of joining the Cosmic Angels. The match consisted of Tam getting a lot of offense and Yuna doing most of the work for her team. Saori was in at the start for a couple of minutes and Poi was never tagged in, only helping out with tag team moves and breaking up pins. The rookies had a few moments, but you wouldn't know this match was supposed to be about them with how little they actually did. Tam ended up pinning Yuna. Tam was for some reason impressed with Aya and Kurara enough to invite them both to join. It was a predictable enough outcome and really this whole storyline felt unnecessary, but at least the rookies have a faction to be a part of now. 5/10"

[7.0] "Decent match, although I felt it didn't really get going until the 10-12 minute mark. The first 10 minutes saw them doing relatively simple strikes and mat work, which didn't grab my attention as much. Still, the closing stretch was worth it. Robinson and Funk aren't in their primes but still put on a good performance for the crowd. ****"

[7.0] "Good match with a very surprising winner. This didn't do a lot for me during the first half. Just felt like typical Naito stalling and some fairly basic stuff from Mox, but by the end this got pretty good. Some great counter sequences and nearfalls before Moxley wins after hitting a 3rd Death Rider on Naito. Naito's body is obviously far past its prime so putting the title on Mox here is a very good call. Not only does it give us a champion who can still go at a high level, but it for the first time in the history of this iteration of the belt, it gives us a champion who doesn't wrestle in the New Japan main event style, which will hopefully lead to a ton of interesting matchups in the future. This win has me super interested in the future of the main event scene in New Japan and it finally feels like there's something to be excited about in thus company again. This was a good match, but it's implications are far greater. ***3/4"

[7.0] "A really high profile sort of one-on-one match to put on at a Sunny Voyage show. And it made for an excellent match. Go Shiozaki spent the first 10 minutes working Jake Lee's leg - even chopping the knee a number of times. Lee eventually pulled off the win."

[9.0] "Jack Perry found the sauce as a heel. For the longest I wasn't buying his turn. He felt to me like Shia Lebouf's character in I, Robot where he was trying to be cool and cursing a lot even though it wasn't his style. He didn't feel like he believed what he was saying all through his run and All In. In New Japan however, he found it. HE found the fire and the motivation to rebel from who he used to be and truly embrace the side his actions needed. He's still as good as he was in the ring as Jungleboy, but now Jack Perry has arrived and it showed against Shooter in this match. I could watch Jack and Shooter face off every year as they continue to grow and be just as entertained as I was in this match, especially if the crowds remain as hot for them the farther we get from this week. Definitely a fun rewatch and will be fun to revisit in the years to come."

[3.0] "A boring mediocre match where nothing of note happened and to make matters worse there was a screwy finish."

[8.0] "As expected a very great match which is unfortunately undermined by Matt Riddle no selling the finish like the clown that he is. But still this was very good. Some tight technical exchanges and counter sequences in the beginning, before Zack starts to target Riddle's leg. Riddle puts in a decent enough sell job but it's all forgotten about by the time we reach the finishing stretch. There's a ton of great strikes and bombs thrown by each guy and some really smooth submission counters by Zack, before both guys engage in a really great counter pin sequence which results in Zack catching Riddle with a crucifix to get the win. Good that the belt is back on Zack now because the TV title has felt a bit meaningless ever since he lost it. Hopefully he can elevate this title again before dropping it to someone who can actually have a strong reign with it. ****"

[9.0] "A hell of a match here. A fantastic near 30 minute banger that rarely slowed down. Both guys took some insane fuckin bumps idk how they do it. A hell of a finish full of drama and energy I love it. 4.25/5"

[7.0] "Fun match, there were some good exchanges between Konami and MIRAI & Saki, this was a fun way to build to the white belt match"

[7.0] "Not entirely sure how I want to rate this match but I enjoyed it quite a bit. Hoffman and Funk have a nice little 10-minute+ match that really leans on the importance of certain holds and how it is a struggle to get out of them. Dory gets Hoffman in a cravat in the early part of the match, which frustrates Hoffman as he tries to get out of it. Hoffman gets some momentum when he does, but Dory always seems to have a trick up his sleeve. There are some lulls, but it's not too bad. I really love how most AEW fans are happy and don't mind watching new wrestler come to AEW and show the love to good wrestling. AZM gave Storm her best match since winning the belt and hopefully this is the minimum type of wrestling we get from her going forward. AZM future is so bright and hopefully we see her and more STRADOM wrestlers more in AEW. If you new to AZM I hardly advise you to watch her matches with Starlight Kid. Two of the best high speed wrestlers and the best in general."

[9.0] "When Meiko pops up from the tree of woe, it is a jump scare at the Exorcist caliber, and the way she sells the stomp from Kairi right after is unreal. Truly a classic from bell to bell, this is an exhilarating match to watch that has left me speechless. Kairi is giving us the scripture on how to babyface."

[6.0] "Good match. Pretty competitive. First Class looked pretty capable in this match. Good effort in defeat for ABC."

[4.0] "The match was okay for a tv match, but it lacked ALOT of heat for a stadium match. Maybe if it had gone on longer than 5 minutes, i might've rated it higher. But it was what it was. Also this was the start of Rey Mysterio's cosplay entrances. His cosplay selection from this year: Daredevil. **1/4 out of 5 4.5"

[8.0] "Funny how the person who has benefitted the most from Brawl In is Jack Perry. Ever since his return and NJ Cup run, he has been doing some of the best character work and heel work of his entire career. And while his in ring work has been pretty lacklustre during this run, with no House of Torture here to interfere, Jack was basically free to just wrestle and that lead to this being one of his best matches in a while, and with the addition of his fantastic heel work and crowd work, one of his best all around performances of his career. His entrance here was brilliant, escorted by riot police with a Chicago flag on his back, wearing trunks with broken glass on them and a jacket with "Cry me a river" written on the back, words that lead to one of the biggest wrestling controversies of the last year. The match starts and it's obviously good in ring, but it is carried by the atmosphere and Perry's amazing crowd work. Probably my favourite moment of this match was a moment near the start where the crowd starts chanting "you got choked out" at him, so he puts Shota in the same guillotine choked that Punk locked him in during their fight. There's also some great moments near the end where he hits Shota with the Punk knee in the corner and attempts the GTS. Shota does get the win here but this match was all about Jack Perry. This character has a lot of potential and I'm honestly excited to see what he does with it when he returns to AEW. ****"

[4.0] "Most of this was bad. With the Bolsheviks in charge of a slow and dull match. But I did like the finish with the Powers of Pain building momentum and showing off their tag team offence."

[7.0] "A fun tag match with a good mix of high-speed, strong style and some hoss fight, the ending was a little sudden, but this was fun"

[4.0] "Too short imo, I can't said anything about this, It was worked fine and continues the journey from Yunamon to join Cosmic Angels"

[3.0] "Dull and slow and boring nothing happened and then Jake Roberts who is annoyed at Rude interferes for the DQ."

[6.0] "A fine but fun opener, SLK submission looked brutal, this was a nice way to open the show, and I'm sure that Thekla and SLK can have a better match in the future"

[7.0] "This is my first time seeing a singles match from either of these two, but they were both pretty impressive here and put on a really good match. Vaquer was pretty dominant throughout the whole thing, using strikes and submissions to ground AZM. At one point she starts targeting AZM's leg but it never really manifests into anything which does kinda hold this match down. AZM is otherwise great here though, hitting a few gnarly double footstomps on Vaquer, and doing a ton of other great shit too. Very good match overall, might have to check out more from these two. ***3/4"

[4.0] "This is a chaotic match with an disqualification finish, not great but it is fine for the majority of the bout."

[] "This match is probably my all time favourite. Omega's work in New Japan in the mid to late 10s is really what brought me back to pro wrestling. Every time I watch it, I start to believe it could go either way. That's the beauty of it. There is not much more to say than that"

[7.0] "A solid hardcore-style match. Very competitive. Some interesting and innovative offensive combinations. Incredible resilience shown by both wrestlers."

[4.0] "This to me just disappointed me so much, I wanted so much more violence, emotion and length. If this is the only match we get with this dynamic between them it will be super disappointing"

[8.0] "Very silly but deeply entertaining spots match with a ton of props to keep it ticking. Ric Blade is probably exactly what you want to see from an indie wrestler if you're watching this stuff - reckless, funny and eats shit on like 75% of his moves."

[3.0] "This is one of those matches that is just made worse by it being on WrestleMania. It also does not help that I feel like most of the things around it are about as good as you can expect or beat expectations and then this was disappointing. Karrion does not do well in these matches to me as well for some reason. The package of the group works for me. Also did not like how Lashley and the Street profits wrestled this match. Feels like it took alot away from makes Bobby and Montez really special. Just really not Wrestlemania worthy"

[5.0] "Too much chain wrestling, and it wasn't even that good, decent match, but somewhat boring during the majority of the bout"

[] "I had low expectations heading into this one (I tend to have low expectations for Hulk Hogan matches in general) so I was surprised to find it a pretty solid workrate match that most lived up to the hype. Was surprised to see both men bleed in this one. Felt like it should've been a bit longer in the final stretch, but still, good match."

[6.0] "Nice to see Naomi take some revenge on Stratton for her loss a few weeks back. This was a good little match here to set Naomi vs Bayley up for next week"

[5.0] "Perfectly acceptable filler between Jaida and Brinley here, giving female midcarders 7 minutes was nice to see."

[9.0] "A very fun spot fest. This was a great NXT debut for Je'Von Evans who looked like a star out there. He's going to be a big player in the future."

[8.0] "There was a lot of intensity here in this first defense from Roxanne which I liked a lot. When Nattie gets time to wrestle, she always delievers."

[7.0] "Great opener, loved the double brass knucks and the work Regal did overall, but not to be overshadowed was Van Dam who looked solid. 6.5/10"

[7.0] "This match is wonky. For starters, the camerawork is really really bad and on the original broadcast they interrupt the match with a long Paul Heyman promo, during a pretty action-heavy moment to boot. So it's an awkward viewing experience. The matchup itself is kind of strange as well, given that everybody in this match was a top-tier worker, all four of the wrestlers being among the best of their era and arguably of all time, but most of them are doing things that they wouldn't normally do. This was the first time that these people had wrestled one another, there are a few moments where Flair and Windham aren't sure how to bump for the Express' tag team offense. The Midnights are the babyfaces, a role that wasn't always the most natural for them. They go for two sets of heat which kind of hinders the intensity that the match could've had, and the action wasn't always flawless because of all the weird factors of the match. Still it's obviously good, it functions well, it's worth seeing, but it's really not the match you'd expect if all you saw was the names of the wrestlers involved."

[10.0] "Ah this was a hoot and a half, tremendously fun lucha match as expected from these four. Mascara Dorada is truly a joy to watch and the crowd was just loving him. The tecnico/rudo teams made for some interesting dynamics and fun spots and everyone played their parts perfectly. Loved this."

[10.0] "A pretty titanic match between two guys I think are great, who at different times I would have called best wrestler in the world. I don't either can quite claim that title in 2024 but both are still tremendously good at what they do, and they really showed it here. They were in spitting distance of getting too cheesy with the story (the awful commentary didn't help) but I think they stayed just within the line, and the action itself and the feeling of the match were both top tier. Fantastic fight, and happy for Sami even if I'd rather have seen him take home a true top title when he was white hot."

[2.0] "This LionHook thing is terrible, everything that Jericho has done in the last year and a half hasn't worked, this match was bad, yes is a big win for the Shane Taylor Promotions, but when Jericho is involved is really hard to care, this storyline with HOOK and Jericho needs to end soon, and please leave Shibata out of this feud"

[7.0] "Pretty much par for the course with most of the Prominence hardcore multi-man matches except with better camera work and more fan-service. Mochi reading a wedding magazine in the corner, Kurumi doing the "WAAAH" press as a tribute to Amikura, SAKI pulling off 'Choki' in Korakuen, lots of fun moments. If you're looking for a technical showcase, look elsewhere."

[5.0] "Ok match but it pretty much peaks at the start. Doesn't mean its awful as Generico really sells his legs being worked on and this work also plays into the ending which is pretty nice to see. But other than that its just really solid work from these two nothing too special."

[0.0] "A match that got us really hyped since SummerSlam and we had expectations like Rikishi as the referee, and we got this a boring match that didn't feel like a match for a WrestleMania, easily this was a match for a Raw or SmackDown, we needed a Stipulation for this rivalry of brothers, and a complete boring match that deserved a stipulation and more time, like 15 or 16 minutes"
