[8.0] "Very solid match that ends with a Gable heel turn that was definitely needed and starts with an awesome entrance with Sami coming in through the crowd. Hopefully these two get a blowoff type of match at Backlash, I'm personally hoping for a 30 minute Iron Man match. Solid 4 star match."

[7.0] "A powerhouse tag team collide in this match. They hit each other with lariats and charges with a really good all action start but the match did slow a little bit. When they were done trying to outpower each other the match ended in a double KO."

[10.0] "What can I say about this match that others haven't articulated better than I ever could? Arguably the most influential match ever and lives up to its name in 2024 by both the legacy it cultivated and how rewatchable it is. It's not lost in time. You can still appreciate its greatness 40 years later. Tiger was keen on avenging his loss to Fujiwara and for that, he needed an opening. Fujiwara being the greatest defensive wrestler I've ever seen, really only gave out when his body couldn't take any more damage. This was as gritty and real as wrestling could be. From the aches to the sweat, to Tiger gasping for air, this had it all. Damn near uncomfortable to watch at times. This was catch wrestling at its finest and the reason why it went almost 30 minutes. Fujiwara pulled out everything to keep Tiger mask grounded and on his toes throughout the match which led to Sayama just releasing a barrage of the nastiest strikes whenever there was a small opening. The last 7 minutes or so are just enthralling. From Fujiwara trying to eat and withstand every single strike that comes his way to Super Tiger just losing it and emptying his gas tank on an already downed Fujiwara. One of the greatest finishing stretches to arguably the greatest match of all time. Yoshiaki Fujiwara's masterpiece, is a match that will never be forgotten."

[8.0] "This was a great match. Kay Lee Ray is such a good wrestler and clearly has star potential. I just hope Triple H does that soon on the main roster. Meiko Satomura is a great Japanese women's wrestler, being as athletic as she is at her age something very few can identify with. Two spots looked both great and gnarly. One was Meiko giving Kay Lee Ray a DVD on the apron, and the other was Kay Lee Ray going for her swanton finish, but when Meiko, it looked like she almost landed on her head. That said, this was still awesome. ****"

[5.0] "Not much going on here and Finn Balor has basically been a mid carder for years at this point unfortunately, as I don't think many people would have given him a chance going into this match. Not a bad match by any stretch of the imagination but definitely could have been better. 2.5 stars at best."

[6.0] "Solid match with some good work but also a little messy in parts they got the finish right to set up the final they wanted."

[5.0] "Not a fan of the booking here. Triple H was about to win when Raw went off the air after multiple interferences from DX and they go exactly the same route as Shamrock's previous two matches where Shamrock make Triple H tap out when the referee was knocked out. It is unbelievably repetitive to watch and not exactly a good way to book Shamrock as a PPV challenger. The show the actual finish the following week for some reason."

[6.0] "This was a good match. Short and well worked with an upset result done in an excellent really well done finish."

[5.0] "Masahiro Chono dumps Sonny Ono before the match and joins the nWo. Jericho is still new here, so he receives a lot of punishment from Chono to start the match. The action is average at best here."

[5.0] "This was a little bit of a disappointment. Bit sloppy and a bit messy but by the finish they did just enough to put on an average match."

[7.0] "This was a very good match. It actually started out slow, with both men trading submissions and going for grappling. Later on, they did some of the high impact moves you would expect in a cruiserweight match. Mark Andrews impressed here, with some good high flying as well as showing he could wrestle down to the mat. Akira Tozawa was an established name, having already won the Cruiserweight Championship the year before, and when Andrews beat him in the first round of the tournament with a surprise roll up, it was something of a surprise. ***3/4"

[4.0] "This one was fine for what it was; which was pretty much a Christmas themed comedy match. This was the spawn of AEW Jesus; which is probably my favourite part of this match. Funnily enough, I remember enjoying this more the first time I watched it a few years ago. Joey Janela gets some revenge here and wins the match."

[7.0] "The crowd was really into Psicosis here as he gave Regal a pretty good run for his money and just came up short in getting the victory. Fun opener to NItro."

[7.0] "Didn't feel as heated and tense as Fujinami/Maeda probably because Fujiwara was here just to job, this was still fantastic. They didn't sit in the middle and exchange dull holds like they did in the last match and in doing so had a predictably great bout. Which is sort of expected from two all-time greats. Fujiwara's attempts to hold Inoki down failed and his work on top while nothing extraordinary felt so rough and gritty. The amount of damage his head had taken even by '86 made it clear that Fujiwara's forehead was softer than tissue seeing how quickly he bled. Not over the top about the finish which felt like both were stalling before Inoki hit the suplex but Inoki's punches and Fujiwara profusely bleeding created a hell of a visual."

[6.0] "Somewhat slow match that could have been better and could have been worse. The Canadian destroyer on the apron looked like a cool spot but other than that there wasn't much to take away from this match other than it was smart to have Andrade go over to keep his momentum building. 3 stars."

[5.0] "The first ever 50-man Royal Rumble. This is only the second time I've watched this match, the first being when it originally aired. This match featured the last official Chris Jericho WWE match, as he would show up at All In later in the year. The bad thing is that there's a ton of jobbers in this match like Curtis Axel and Hornswoggle. The good is that Titus O'Neil botch, which was hilarious, especially with Corey Graves on commentary. This match just seemed to drag on and on, though. Too many guys. Daniel Bryan looked great, though."

[7.0] "Solid match that has three great teams and no wrong choice to go over. The DIY and Awesome Truth match should be really fun, with all these guys working real closely over the last few months. No less than 3 stars."

[8.0] "Maybe I am on an island here, but I really enjoyed this. It was fast-paced without feeling overly indulgent to me, and I thought Mustafa Ali and Matt Riddle both had their working boots on (well, Riddle does not wear boots, but you know what I mean), which was a pleasant surprise for me as I have not thought the rest of either of their post-WWE runs has been particularly impressive. The Rascalz turned in their typical strong work. Some creative spots and good work overall."

[8.0] "[4.25*] Kaito Kiyomiya's phenomenal performance here, his aggression and intensity was brilliant, the exchanges between him and Kenoh were very good, with some wonderful counters and a lot of bad blood between them, the sequence outside the ring was really cool, with some stomps and very good Dropkicks from Kiyomiya. The ending was dramatic, they sold everything very well and their level of urgency to win was incredible, Kaito attacked Kenoh during the match with great intensity while Kenoh retaliated with his kicks. Kaito won the match in a strong and dominant way and now the expectation is that he will fight for the GHC Heavyweight Championship, he deserves it and has been doing an excellent job in recent years."

[6.0] "This was match of the night. This one was hard for me to rate as I don't like the rules of these type of multi team matches, but this one was good. The right team won here in Proud 'N Powerful."

[6.0] "Solid match in which it appears Sheamus hasn't really lost a step if perhaps maybe looking a bit puffier than we are used to seeing him. Ivar seems to have a good match with anyone and I hope one day The Viking Raiders can be looked at as a top team, as they were one the indies. Solid 3 star match and great to see Sheamus back."

[5.0] "This was a surprisingly decent match. I will say that it's a shame I was more impressed in Brandon Cutler here than Sammy Guevara."

[0.0] "One of the worst matches of the year so far, an absolute disaster. If I had Jay White on my roster, I would simply not have him be humiliated by a 60-year-old man. What shouldve been a harmless 5 minute squash with White going over became one of the single worst matches in the history of Dynamite. Billy Gunn has nothing to offer AEW in 2024 and that is the end of it."

[8.0] "This was a borderline great match. It started out pretty even, but then Finn Balor took control for a while using various submissions, then transitioning into pin attempts. Hideo Itami eventually took back control with some nice offense. I think if they had gone on longer, they could have had a MOTYC, but they did the best they could given the time they had. ****"

[7.0] "Pretty decent match with a heel turn that I think was sorely needed. Perc Gable is a run we deserve to have after his comedy stint with Otis. Now I did enjoy it, but I think he should be taken more as a serious competitor. I hope they make this a blood feud thatll last a while"

[9.0] "Classic of all WrestleManias a solid ****3/4 stars of ***** entertainment from begining to end and classic spots and moments like the jump of Jeff from the top of a ladder, so my rating for this classic of all the TLC matches on WrestleMania is a 9/10"

[8.0] "Three of CMLL's best technicos doing what they do best. MD2 is clearly the star of this match, with him getting the win by tapping out Mistico with his own La Mistica maneuver. Wouldn't surprise me if Dorada goes on to win the CMLL Universal Championship later this year."

[6.0] "Taka v Aguila in the Semis looked hype. It was a decent match here where both of them looked good because of the high flying moves. Brian Christopher's involvement at least gives us a storyline for the tournament."

[10.0] "Almost every single match on this Wrestlemania card elicits a facepalm or two. Then you have this anomaly. This gift from the gods just given to us amidst all this pile of shit. A lot has been said about this match and I dont think I could add anything more. Its stunning, iconic, a moment in time. Just watch it for yourself."

[8.0] "Really Fun to watch, I love watching Cardona in the Indies. he getting good and all his matches are super good. and super fun to watch"

[9.0] "The in-ring work was nothing spectacular. But thats not really the point now is it? The story that was told here was beautifully done. You could feel the passion that exuded from both of these competitors. Willing to put themselves on the line for their craft. I loved the funkster flailing around like a ragdoll. Teasing you by getting closer and closer to those dangerous ropes. And whenever either of them made contact with said ropes, it felt like a huge barbaric moment. The lacerations on their bodies as a consequence, especially Onitas, were fucking disgusting looking. The countdown that appeared in the last 5 minutes of the match was fucking terrifying. Truly the stuff of nightmares. When that blaring siren hit its sustained crescendo, I had to turn the volume of my TV down from fear lol. I loved the ending spot where Onita decided to get back in the ring with Terry. Refusing to take the cowards way out, covering him from the impending explosion. As he respected him enough to go down with him. Overall, a damn near perfect match."

[9.0] "Intergender Matches are sometimes weird and sometimes really really good. Bailey is super great, and imagine him in a large crowd in AEW and Marina was shockingly REALLY good here. Not like she isn't"

[6.0] "This isn;t a good Alex Shelley Match. He could have done more but what he did was good, It was short, but sweet"

[10.0] "I love hardcore matches. I love ECW type horror extreme matches. Killer Kelly should do more hardcore matches, and Maclin was crazy. Nice team, people can say its abut to long but it went right. they used the time right. I loved the random and extreme momets thats happened."

[3.0] "This match starts out with slow, standard fare, but it actually picks up to be a decent but unremarkable match as it goes on. It's clear that we just needed something for Cena to do for a month or so since we already knew he was facing Rock at Wrestlemania, so they had him in this cold, dull story. For the in ring work, I'd probably give it 4 points, but for the non-finish, I dropped it a point. First, the double count out was as flat as you can get. Especially for a feud that isn't exactly on fire. Second, this is a new Kane re-masked at this point. This doesn't exactly help get him back over even though the after-match shenanigans try. It just boils down to a cold, unremarkable match with a very bad finish."

[8.0] "The match is good and Shawn Michaels is absolutely at his peak when it comes to drawing absolute hatred from the fans, but did the Hart Foundation really have to be booked in such a frustratingly incompetent way where Bret and Owen do not show up at all when the entire DX faction are at ringside screwing Bulldog out of his European title. That made absolutely no sense to me at all when you think about how they had been booked throughout the entire year! With that said it is an absolutely brilliant heel character performance from Shawn. All of his moves and antics was designed to draw more heat from the crowd and he plays it to perfection as well as strong work on the braced knee, which played well to the finish. He also bumped like a mad man putting over Bulldog's power moves. The in ring stuff was solid and I liked how Lawler on commentary noted the pressure Bulldog was putting on himself when he decided his match to his ill sister. It's an infamous match that to this day people talk about."

[5.0] "Not a good match wrestling wise, but the build up to Wagner vs Jake Lee was good, Kondo and Tadasuke were fine"

[7.0] "This was a killer opener. Only Hideki Suzuki's 3rd match and only Hikaru Sato's 2nd year in pro wrestling. A really rowdy ten minutes of action. Suzuki gets busted open."

[6.0] "Good tag team wrestling and Cornette was a constant thorn in the side of the Fantastics. So much so that it cost his team the match. 3 stars."

[8.0] "Really fun match. Loved seeing Shinsuke in the ROH ring. Some great moments with everyone playing their role great and the crowd really getting behind them."

[7.0] "Solid main event tag match. Don't think this should've main evented over Dragon vs Styles but this was still a good match in its own right. Haven't seen much of Otani's work but he was actually my favourite part of this match and I might need to check some of his stuff out. Threw a ton of great strikes and he was also super charismatic too. Loved him getting payback on Low Ki by biting him after Ki had done that to him earlier in the match to escape a submission. All 4 guys looked great, but as this was a basically a showcase match for both Otani and Tanaka, who I also need to check out more of, they ended up looking the best here. Pretty fun match overall, and a good introduction to both Otani and Tanaka. ***1/2"

[8.0] "These two had amazing tag matches so it's no surprise that even a short-ish singles match would also be really good. I can never get over how amazing Bobby Eaton is, he was rocking here with awesome punches and great heel work, and Rogers was very solid as well."

[8.0] "The first ever match between AJ and Danielson and it is great. Some unbelievable technical exchanges and grappling at the start of the match from both guys which gets this huge ovation from the crowd. From then on, the match builds and builds until it's just a straight up bombfest. The first major moment of this match sees AJ countering an Irish whip on the outside by jumping over the guardrail and nailing Dragon with a superkick. Once they get back in the ring, the match becomes a pretty brutal strikefest for a while which sees Dragon get busted open above his eye hardway which added a cool visual for this match. Then after that, the match just becomes a struggle for control as neither man can fully gain the advantage over the other which leads to a brilliant finish which sees Dragon desperately try to fight off AJ's attempt at a second Styles Clash by grabbing onto the ropes and trying his best to squirm out of it only to eventually succumb to it after AJ drives his head into the turnbuckle and hit Dragon with a powerbomb to lock in and hit the Styles Clash for the win. Loved the chemistry these 2 had together and while I do feel like they are capable of better and would go on to top this both in ROH and in WWE, this was still excellent in it's own right. ****"

[3.0] "A lackluster and forgettable match. Despite its attempts, the match failed to engage me. Very mediocre. 1.5 stars."

[7.0] "Good television match, the outcome was never in doubt but I do like how Shane Taylor brings something different than a lot of AEW guys, just a straight up gritty fighter with great strikes. Orange Cassidy is a pleasure as always and I'm amazed he is not getting a stronger push right now."

[5.0] "This was by no means a bad match but I just wasn't feeling it so well. Claudio is usually a tremendous base and he still was here but you'd think Ospreay would have been able to do cooler stuff off him, instead it was pretty much his exact same formula he runs against anyone regardless of size. Just felt like I've seen it before."

[7.0] "Good match here, basically Brody King vs. Edge with slight involvement of the women but it made sense for the story. Brody King, well, that dude just kicks ass, he was the highlight for me once again. I hope you get a real good push someday Brody, you deserve it."

[6.0] "This is pretty much exactly what you might picture when you think of a death match, it hits pretty much all the usual stuff so if you like that then you'll love it, and if you're eh on it then you might not be feeling it. I was closer to the latter, I respect the effort and the literal blood, sweat, and tears, but at the end of the day it's really not my kind of match and even the most brutal spots seem repetitive to a point."

[6.0] "This was a fine match but I feel like it went way too long considering how inexperienced both guys were at this stage. Both guys have had great matches in ROH before this, but here it just felt like there was no chemistry or investment from the crowd to justify its 20 minute run time. There are some cool moments like Xavier's Arabian Press to the outside, and Jay's underdog perfectly after he gets busted open was good, but this match just kind of ended up being fine overall. ***"

[2.0] "An awful match between two washed guys that can't work more than two minutes without being completely gassed particularly JYD who who only worked this card because he used to matter in New Orleans. But this is the late eighties not the early part of the decade. So we got this boring way too long match that had an awful finish."

[5.0] "Underrated match in my opinion, though the problems are not hard to figure out, namely that they are cutting to Sullivan or Precious every 5 seconds it seems like. Still, the match is not bad, they had a much better one on TV before this but still you can't go so wrong with Ron Garvin hitting those extremely sweet punches."

[3.0] "This match failed to engage me, specifically when Wallas was in the ring. It was mediocre and lacked the spark compared to the previous bout. 1.75 stars."

[3.0] "I felt like I aged a couple years just watching this match. Holy hell, I know Flair's great and it's a Horsemen match but this should've been 8-10 mins at best. Paul Roma's stuff is just boring. Arn did what he could and actually got the crowd into it near the end with his comeback. This match also lost some points because Missy Hyatt's voice could be heard, which is the worst part of any WCW show in this era. The Nasty's did fine, but yeah, this thing dragged like The Uso's match at Wrestlemania 40."

[7.0] "Strange that the first ROH tag title defense for the prophecy is in a 6 man but the match is quite fun. Basically all 6 of the top guys in ROH having a super fun, albeit slightly long match together. Rules are a bit weird as at the start of the match, everyone goes for tags but at around the middle point, everyone just gives up and the rest of the match is fought under scramble rules. Joe was easily my favourite part of this match. Even this early in his career, he felt like an absolute star in the making as he's not only amazing in the ring but also very charismatic too. In this match, he shows off more of the intensity that he displayed in his match with Low Ki but also his freakish athleticism which he displays when he nails everyone with a dive to the outside. This match also adds more fuel to the Prophecy story. We see more tension between Joe and the rest of the group after Joe gets the win for the team but adheres to the Code of Honor after the match which annoys the rest of the Prophecy. Intrigued to see where that goes. Overall, despite this match having some confusing rules, it was still pretty enjoyable with a standout performance from Samoa Joe. ***3/4"

[5.0] "Considering this match had no heat I thought it was ok. Scorpio and Bagwell were a decent babyface team with Scorpio doing the heavy lifting for in-ring work, but Bagwell also did a decent job getting sympathy when he was in trouble. Orndorff solid as always, great expressions and just tough. Equalizer was not a good wrestler, so take that for what it's worth."

[5.0] "Muta was great here with his innovative at the time offence. But I'm not sure why he needed to go eight minutes with Casey who provided nothing of substance to a match that should have just been a squash."

[5.0] "Little too much of a spot fest for my tastes. The spots are really cool though and I'm not the biggest fans of guys like Sydal or Ospreary who are well known for their high flying antics. Well the problem to me is that they actually had the opportunity to do more than high flying, they could have even interjected comedy into it. They sort of tried to tell a story but honestly it kind of gets lost with all of the other stuff in this match. Also some stuff in this match is very choreographed and sticks out like a sore thumb."

[8.0] "Really good opening match, very technical. The crowd was into it, both guys did great in their roles. The fact that the WON gave this match less than 2 stars shows that Dave Meltzer was always full of shit, not just recently in AEW. Seriously, if this match took place in Japan he would have given it 4 stars. Good stuff, and unfortunately, it would mostly be downhill from here on that show."

[6.0] "This is made up of 4 different matches and if I'm being honest only one of them is actually any good. The first match between Michael Shane and CM Punk was easily the weakest match here. This would be Punk's first ROH match and it just seemed like him and Shane had absolutely no chemistry with eachother and the end result was a boring, heatless match. There's an attempt at arm work by Punk but it never really pays off into anything and Shane just wins via roll up. Very underwhelming debut for Punk. Shane vs Paul London is slightly better but still not anything spectacular. It's a short little brawl which sees London get dominated for most of the match before he feigns an injury to surprise Shane with a roll up to get the win, similarly to how Shane did in their match in Boston. After the match, Shane refuses to shake London's hand which leads to Tommy Dreamer coming out and basically just yapping for ages and hitting Shane with a DDT after he attacked London. Red vs London was next and as expected it was a fun spotfest, which saw London pick up the win with the shooting star press. After that we reach the final match, and the best match of the gauntlet in American Dragon vs Paul London. This is head and shoulders above all of the previous matches. Some really great and fluid technical wrestling by both guys with some pretty nice bombs at the end too. That match by itself is like 3.75 stars, but the overall quality of this gauntlet was mostly fine, with a really good match at the end of it. ***"

[5.0] "I checked the run time after this was over and fully expected to see 30+ minutes, maybe even 40, because this felt long as hell and not in a good way. They just stretched it out so much, and for me it didn't sustain the length. KUSHIDA did well but Gargano just bugged the hell out of me, absolutely crummy selling and weird melodramatic moments. It wasn't awful, there was some cool stuff, but it didn't jive with me."

[5.0] "Hm this wasn't bad but I definitely didn't get any special hype off it, their previous two matches were way better in my view. This was most definitely the longest and I was really feeling the length, also I thought this was the least strategic of them all and the most standard indie-style. Sabre didn't really start to impress me until a little while after this period and I dunno, I just wasn't feeling this so hot."

[9.0] "I can't rate this match in a vacuum, since it's adjoined to a giant theatrical performance with costume changes and special efforts and video vignettes. So I'm rating it based on the show as a whole. Aja Kong's as a surprise opponent is insane."

[9.0] "Absolutely delivered beyond my expectations, probably one of SAKI's best singles matches. She pulled off some moves I'd not seen in a long time."

[5.0] "A really fine scramble match. Not as good as the one on the last show, but it still had some decent moments throughout, most notably a redo of the tower of doom spot from the previous scramble match, only this time it didn't look as shit. With there being so many people involved this did have a few awkward moments and missed spots, but overall this was still a decent spotfest to hype up the crowd. **3/4"

[4.0] "Below average Junior match, Hajime Ohara is solid as always but LJ Cleary doesn't add anything, and this was supposed to be a showcase for him"

[5.0] "With rare exception, I feel like these two do not have good chemistry and this wasn't really one of those exceptions. However I will say this was way better than their crappy PPV match a few months earlier, mainly because of the outrageous shenanigans in the final stretch with everyone getting involved, maybe a schmozz but a very entertaining one."

[4.0] "This was pretty bland. It seems like another angle type match, with RVD clearly showing frustration with Kane after the loss. I thought the ending was corny more than clever, and I think there are a lot of other ways they could have pushed that agenda"

[2.0] "Pretty much what I expected. Sting is popular and athletic but still very green and without someone like Flair or another Horsemen to guide him, he's kind of all over the place. Stan Lane is a solid tag guy for Eaton but he's not well equipped to carry him, plus the match is quite short, nothing much to see here."

[8.0] "Great match that really won me over towards the end. I was not really into the match initially after an imo way too early ddt on the exposed floor by Kobashi followed by him getting cut down quickly with just a guillotine. However, passed that it just got better and better. Takayamas kicks are vicious and Kobashi is really an all time seller. The arm work into the desperation lariat on the outside followed by Kobashi not being able to hold himself onto the rope due to his arm and Takayama fight to finally deliver a huge German onto the floor had me locked in. Takayama really delivers an awesome beat down onto Kobashi who keeps staying alive and fighting back. Finally Kobashi breaks out his top rope moonsault for the first time in years to put Takayama away does a great job of showing the Kobashi is somewhat desperate with his arm being injured hindering his burning lariat while also giving a visually stunning finish."

[7.0] "This was a war! Ikeda & Morishima took it right to the champs before the bell even rung and it's not often you see NO FEAR fighting from behind. Ikeda really felt like he was out to prove a point here and I thought he was easily the star of the whole show. Great main event, 3.75 stars"

[7.0] "Hot take a guess but I dont think this is in the upper echelon of Kobashi matches. Akiyama does not imo give himself enough of a distinction from Kobashi to make this a true clash like some of my other favorite Kobashi matches. While big moments like the supper to the floor are awesome to see, I feel as though moments are set up in a strange order at times. For example, Akiyama hits a crazy exploded off the top to the floor, the an exploded off the top to the ring, then just a normal one from the mat. It is a reverse progression which doesnt build on itself. Kobashi also teases the burning hammer so early into the match. Usually burning hammer teases are big moments that shows Kobashi is on his last resort but here he goes for it out of convenience and before he has exhausted his other weapons. These are my critiques but I do still feel the match is good and has a great feel. The finishing sequence especially is fantastic with burning lariat kick out, followed by the moonsault that had just put away Takayama kick out, followed by the burning hammer. Kobash excels at putting his opponents away."

[5.0] "This one is mostly about Shiga & Sugiura with brief cameos from Saito & Rikio. It's a fine enough match, although I can't say it's anything special. Unfortunately the camera work on the finish isn't very good so it can be hard to tell what's actually ending the match. 2.75 stars"

[10.0] "An absolute must see in my opinion. There are multiple memorable and unbelievable spots, from Mike Awesome diving into the crowd, to the chair duel, to all the gnarly chair shots in this match, to Mike Awesome being put through the table. This match is one of the best I have ever seen, there wasn't a moment I was left bored. Both men are an absolute joy to watch, and have amazing chemistry with one another. Hard hitting action and impactful moves are all over the place. Mike Awesome shouldn't be moving like that for a man his size. There's also a story with Masato being the underdog, and Mike Awesome the monster he has been feuding with, and must take down. Just amazing stuff. Cannot recommend this match enough."

[0.0] "What the hell did I just watch? This match is almost comically bad. These two fat middle-aged men do basically nothing aside from flop around the ring, do terrible looking nerve holds and strikes, OWN beats his chest and yells and ad nauseam. Some highlights include, but not limited to; One Warrior Nation nearly falling over getting into the ring and then looking confused as the national anthems go on; the camera man sneezing; Eddy setting up a big chop in the corner and getting the crowd excited...only to not follow up on it; OWN doing some of the worst kicks I have ever seen; OWN getting counted out and him screaming "NO! ", and finally, the finish, a "pedigree" where Eddy simply has OWN drop himself on his face. If you're looking for shitty wrestling? This is the match for you."

[4.0] "There's not much to say about this one as a wrestling match. It's slow and never really gets going. At least Chono and his theme song are always aesthetically perfect in the Tokyo Dome."

[6.0] "A dream match that if it was a year or two later would have been way better but for what we got it was pretty good. Both wrestlers did a great job."

[8.0] "This match was a test for both guys. Rugido did a pretty good job at playing with the crowd and dominating Neón at first before the eventual técnico comeback. Neón did what Neón does and pulled off some crazy stuff. The crowd was very much into cheering him and he did a good job at making the comeback work. Very good match and props to both guys."

[8.0] "Two great wrestlers put on a really good match here and I don't have much else to say other than it's really cool to see this match happen as a main event on American television."

[5.0] "This was an average match. It did not have anything special and Titán beating Stuka Jr. as quick as he did was underwhelming. These 2 could have brought out so much more but did not."

[9.0] "This is probably the first 6 man tag where I truly felt Flip didnt stick out like a sore thumb. He felt like a wrestler in CMLL. La Escuadra continue to innovate in their matches. They did such a good job at making the crowd boo them but also bringing out some new moves and just being great rudos. Esfinge did fine and Titán did very well as usual. This was an insanely good match and tied for me as the best match of the night."

[5.0] "Eh, I never really got into this match, but I would like to take a moment and praise Shane Taylor. He hasn't been the most exciting wrestler during his time in AEW, but I've really enjoyed his work as a jobber to the stars. It's always impressive to see smaller guys work around him like Orange did here."

[6.0] "I thought this match was pretty decent, but I was really confused by the "This is Awesome! " chant that happened during it because it definitely wasn't that exciting."

[7.0] "Very good match here, but it's hard to take these 6 man matches to that next level and this match didn't quite do that for me."

[5.0] "This was a decent match for what it was, but I never got all that into it. I hope we see more interactions between the men and women's divisions in the future like we have recently."

[7.0] "A really good main event, especially nice for me since I was not excited for this match. Lance Archer and The Righteous are acts I would like to get behind, but their booking has been too inconsistent; they all had good showings here though at least. Claudio had some really fun moments in this one. I was really happy to see Shibata pick up the win here."

[6.0] "I liked where this match was going, but the no contest ending makes it hard to rate it any higher. It was completely understandable as a plot progression, but still disappointing to have the main event end the way it did."

[4.0] "Boring match for a rather boring fued. It's a shame as well because the components for something better are there but I'm just not feeling it."

[7.0] "Good match, but the tag division on Smackdown feels really cold to me right now. Pete Dunne and Tyler Bate are the only team I'm really into at the moment and that's just by virtue of them being so good. It's a shame the Street Profits don't feel like a bigger deal compared to how good they are."

[9.0] "I'm not a huge fan of Sami Callihan, but this is by far his best performance I've ever seen. Pentagon Jr's absurd run on Impact helps this fight to be among the best in that company."

[6.0] "Another decent match between these two, but not as good as their encounter at Wrestlemania. I'm not a huge fan of this match happening again so soon, but whatever. AJ Styles vs. Cody Rhodes sounds like a fun match."

[6.0] "This was a really fun match. Lady Frost was really good here, to the point this London, Ontario crowd was even chanting her name; I hope to see her more on AEW programming as she's really good. A solid win for Thunder Rosa here."

[3.0] "Matt was hugely pushed in TNA, although I don't quite understand why. In any case, he met the Icon at the PPV and if he had won, he would have joined the Main Event Mafia. Perhaps the weakest match on the show, although Sting took care of Matt and in general, the worst could be expected."

[4.0] "This match was fine, and ended with unfortunate circumstances. I wish I didn't know about the issues at the end of the match going in because I was struggling to watch this the whole time. Stephon Smith should have done the shoot count on that first pin and ended the match. Glad to hear after this that Ricky is okay. Top Flight will face FTR in the semi-finals."

[7.0] "This was really good. Infantry did not have a good showing on the last Collision but FTR got a really good match out of them here. Just a solid tag match. FTR win this and move on to the semi-finals of the tag title tournament."

[10.0] "Good lord this was incredible. Danielson and MJF put on an all-timer, masterclass here. It was a slow burn where things just got crazier and crazier. Even after things went to Sudden Death, there were multiple times where the match could have ended. One thing I wanted to point out was how smart they made MJF. I'm specifically talking about when things were 1-0. I thought MJF getting himself disqualified to get a fall was a little redundant, since the DQ and the fall he got kept Danielson at a 1-point lead. However, the second cover that made the score even genuinely shocked me and made me feel dumb for doubting the plan initially. All things considered, this was just fantastic. Honestly one of the best matches I've ever seen."
