[0.0] "It's hard to even grade this as a wrestling match. The first "fall" was wrestling based, I suppose, but the competitors didn't seem to think so. They spent the first 6 minutes either shoving each other, or brawling outside. The last 4 minutes approached what you'd want from the stipulation in theory, but was slow, sloppy, and awkward. Then we have an eating contest...sort of. Tanga Loa eats like 10 gyoza in 5 minutes, so basically he had a snack. O-Khan at least scarfed down like 34, which is like 6-7 side orders worth. This was dreadfully boring to watch, by the way. There was no showmanship at all from Loa and little from Oka. Two guys having lunch, riveting. Then the "strap match". Dear God, this fall was painful. If you like watching two men lying on the mat working a tug-o-war match while selling a tummy ache for FOURTEEN MINUTES, this is the match for you. Silly idea for a match to begin with, and it was worked in the worst possible way. DUD."

I think if you give Orton and Wyatt 10 minutes and let them have a standard match, you could have maybe been forgiven for the nonsense finish... but this is not what we got, we got nothing, a lame finish and then Wyatt is pinned after 1 RKO. Screw you for this, if you go back and watch mania 37 night two, just watch the Fiend's entrance, then fast forward about 7 minutes."

[0.0] "This was a terrible match and a legit all stinker, nothing was good in this match even the beginning with their "epic" test of strength like they did 8 years ago but this didn't work, it lasted way too long and nobody in the crowd cared because between 1990 and 1998, wrestling has evolved a lot and the Hogan vs Warrior match formula wasn't relevant anymore, this kind of match was all about crowd reaction and without it, this was really empty but this wasn't even one of the worst things about this match, both workers were sloppy and when they picked up the pace, this was really awkward and everything looked slower than it should be but this didn't end here, the last minutes were such a mess and it became just ridiculous, we had Hogan trying to throw a fireball on Warrior but he botched it, we had some sloppy overbooking, Nick Patrick not disqualifying Hogan after a low blow and a lame ending with Horace Hogan's doing a chair shot on Warrior's back leading to Hulk Hogan winning the match. Just terrible from bell to bell but at least this was funny though it was unintentional - DUD"

The eel eating, the confusing 10 minute ironman and the slow and boring as fuck strap match all watched live with my twitch chat made it more entertaining because they were all just as miserable. Some will say he wasn't serious, but he angled for extra leverage, just like he did against Okada (2017) and Tanahashi (2018) in Sapporo. This farce dragged on for almost 19 minutes, time that would have been better allocated to Yuki Arai's defense, or the tag title match which both felt rushed for time. It should have been a mauling, but they tried to make it resemble a competitive match which was never believable. If Maki Itoh had undergone CACC or BJJ training and tried to apply some of those methods, it might have been interesting, but it was match that wholly lacked charm. I don't like directly criticizing the wrestlers themselves, but.. I am severely disappointed in Minoru Suzuki. Every title he has held is crying. I am now glad that the IWGP Heavyweight belt eluded him. Gotch-san and Inoki-san would surely shake their heads in disapproval of this nonsense."

I loved their previous matches but like a previous commentor stated they always got close to the line of being completely and utterly stupid. At least the previous matches actually meant something which made the kick outs and no sells believable. This just felt like them playing the hits before Giulia left just to get one final match between them. They just lazily went through the same spots they always do without any creativity, believability or actual logic. Crowd was totally dead as usual for non Korakuen Stardom shows which didn't help."

This felt like a complete burial of Jay White, a man who main evented a pay per view for this company only around 6 months ago was fed to a 60 year old man in a ten minute squash match. It didnt help that some of the logic in this match was atrocious too. Why were the acclaimed the recipients of a backstage beatdown only to come and save Billy like nothing had happened to them? I thought the angle was setting up the return of Juice Robinson to return and take out the acclaimed but instead they just made Jay and The Gunns look incredibly weak."

Jay White, a main eventer six months ago, gets trounced by a 60-year-old career midcarder and has to resort to cheating to prevent himself from getting pinned. This was pretty much a squash match where White was made to look as pathetic as possible. Even if you were trying to purposely embarrass and bury Jay White, I don't think you could do worse than what was done here. Awful booking aside, the match went way too long and would've been bad even if Jay White had rightfully won. I'm not sure why this gets 11 minutes when the women's matches can't ever seem to get more than 8 minutes."

But the optics of this one really didn't hit with me, especially on a show that started with a promo about celebrating how this is the place where THE BEST WRESTLE. I don't think a guy like Jay White is RUINED from a match like this, but it feels like taking many, many steps back and I hope this is forgotten about very quickly."

Me and my friend who were watching the show together were just praying for that "Big surprise" that was apparently happening tonight to be a big Juice Robinson return. But nah, low blow DQ like it's a 1998 episode of RAW is WAR. Worst AEW match that doesn't involved Matt Hardy nearly dying."

What not for the lack of talent (Billy Gunn is 60 years old and has never really been a good wrestler), this match seemed like it was booked to completely and utterly humiliate Jay White. A former world champion and one of the BIGGEST names to come out of free agency, at the PEAK of his talent and in HIS prime, and he is being made to look like a jobber against a 60 year old man. Bad BOOKING (no one asked for this match), bad BUSINESS, bad WRESTLING. That this comes from the top makes Tony Khan comes across as completely tone deaf that he followed this one from one of his most transparent and insecure opening promos in recent memory. The Acclaimed are no longer as hot an act as this company is trying to make them out to be (look at their quarters and merch sales drop) and have absolutely nothing left in the tank. This was nothing short of a pro wrestling crime."

The match itself is extremely boring as Billy beats Jay's ass all across the arena in what looks like slow motion. Meanwhile, the ref refuses to count them out despite most of the match taking place outside the ring. The DQ finish is just the cherry on top. About as bad as it gets, folks."

Here's a run down of what happens in this match. 60 year old Billy Gunn beats up former IWGP World Champion Jay White for fucking ever and never sells anything that Jay does. Billy is then shown that backstage, the Acclaimed have been attacked by the Gunns. Billy, seemingly unfazed by this, continues beating the shit out of former IWGP World champion Jay White. During this entire match, Jay is seemingly incapable of getting any offense in on someone who is nearly double his age. Who produced this match? Finally after about 10 minutes, the Gunns take it upon themselves to run down to save former IWGP World Champion Jay White from the incredibly dangerous threat of 60 year old man Billy Gunn, which then leads to the Acclaimed running down, a mediocre brawl and the match ending in DQ. This was genuinely one of the most horrendous wrestling matches I've ever seen, not just from a wrestling perspective but from a booking perspective too. So far in his AEW career, Jay White has failed to beat a one legged man and now had failed to beat someone neatly 30 years older than him. How can you book someone like JAY WHITE this poorly, it's fucking baffling? Credit to Jay for going out there and doing his job, but this was just fucking abysmal viewing."

Starkz is not bad, but she's clearly out of MAO's league and this was very much MAO doing his best to make this something, but in the end it was jus a damp squib. It was almost like the very worst type of Sabu match, just walking from one spot to another with nothing connecting. Zero heat and a shoddy ending where the 19 year old needs to be protected against taking a pinfall because she works for ROH? Oof. This was just not good and a real waste of MAO in front of a new audience."

On color commentary is Steve Williams and that is a terrible idea. There is practically no chemistry in the ring and the focus is on the angle, an angle I never liked. As things progress, a pace is never truly established, no one is meshing and overall it's a mess & just not working. Kevin Sullivan is a terrible actor and Precious isn't much better but at least she doesn't insist upon herself. I am not enjoying any of this and just want it to be over already. When it ends, there is NO satisfaction and it's practically impossible to buy into ANY of the angle. A thirteen minute match that feels like 36 hours. There are worse offenders over the years but this match sucked ass and I will never watch it again. Zero point two five."

Fast Forward a year later after failing to beat a one-legged-tired champion, he gets that reward by being a Title holder no one cares about and losing to a 60 year old has been. Bravo Tony."

[0.0] "This sucked out loud as they say. These two have gotten a ton of time to build this match on the weekly shows and I guess they felt they needed to do a 20 minute match to pay it all off? I understand that. On the other hand no one wants to see John Morrison for twenty minutes and Dalton Castle isn't someone that needs that either, and I like him. Just a real vibe killer."

[0.0] "This is, without question, one of the worst individual performances I have ever seen. I almost feel bad for giving this a 0, as it doesn't reflect two groups of people who worked very hard to make this work. The crowd, mostly children, are never quiet, buying into absolutely everything, giving the face/heel dynamic their all, and trying to make this a compelling experience. AJ Styles is also working incredibly hard, whether that is out of loyalty to someone who he had worked so closely with in the past, or simply just the love of the game I don't know, but he works like Ric Flair here (ironically enough considering their ongoing partnership in TNA at the same time), using every smoke and mirrors trick, classic heel tactic and bits of movie magic he can think of to cover for the overwhelming reality that is his opponent. I have seen the odd Air Paris match from the aforementioned tag team he and AJ were a part of in the dying days of WCW. I didn't think much of him, but he was hardly what I would consider a bad opponent. There is no easy way to say this then, but the 9 years between then and 2010 must have been some of the roughest a human can endure, because he looks and wrestles like a completely different person. He's immobile, his offence looks hilariously weak, his selling is completely mute and he has the charisma of a loose brick. AJ, god bless him, takes the majority of the match and tries to work around him. This would have probably helped to turn this match into simply a bad match, had it not been for the genius idea to have these two go 22 MINUTES! That decision right there (one that should probably come with it's own prison sentence) makes this a horrifying watch, as the time leaves poor Air Paris with nowhere to hide, and exposes his skillset, or lack thereof, to everyone unfortunate enough to see it. He stumbles around the ring taking the most basic offence AJ can do without selling any of it. When it is finally time for him to get on offense, absolutely everything he does looks weak. AJ simply doesn't have enough bells and whistles to make this stretch for long enough, and the final 10 minutes are absolute agony to get through. The real kicker however, comes at the climax, as we get a horribly executed double ref angle, where Mike Posey and a local ref argue over who has the power over the match. This enables Air Paris to , no joke, get a visual pinfall over AJ. Why the TNA world champion would allow this I don't know, but I guess AJ has a kinder heart than me. I could maybe handle this if the natural conclusion, that being AJ beating Paris once the ref drama had come to an end, had been the intended conclusion. However what we get instead is a no contest, where some local heels rush to the ring to beat up Paris and leave the match without a winner. Why AJ couldn't just beat a man as hopeless as Paris is beyond me, and I wonder if this was what TNA management were watching when they decided to take the belt off of him not too long afterwards."

Seems like this could have taken place in any other episode of Raw or Smackdown and didn't deserve to be at Wrestlemania at all. So far, this has been the weakest match of the night and rightfully so"

All of the action felt bland, it felt uninspired, and it was a bore to watch. For eleven minutes, I felt if this was the greatest chore to watch. One of the matches that has ever happened at WrestleMania, for sure. I'm sure that many people had expected this one to not be good, but somehow this went below the expectations, and a result of a slow hunk of a garbage ball happened to formulate into a match. Superkick spam will never save the Usos, DUD."

Jey is an ok singles wrestler, but can't really carry a match, and Jimmy is just shocking, especially for someone who's been doing this for so long. I don't think there was a single wrestling move in this match that wasn't a splash or a superkick. This match killed the crowd and had no business happening at Wrestlemania. Hopefully they can wrap all this Bloodline stuff soon and these two can go back to tagging together because they're just not it as singles competitors."

And then we got nearly an hour of plodding boring offence that would put less discerning fans in the New Generation era to sleep. And to add insult to insult to insult to insult, Rock fucking pins Cody clean to make him look like the biggest geek in the world. And to think, so many talented people on tonight's card got their matches cut short so Rock could please his own vanity and get a WrestleMania main event even though the last man he wrestled without getting injured lasted another year in the company, retired for over half a decade, and then un-retired and has been working for a good couple of years since. Everyone has been circle-jerking themselves silly over how "cinema" this match was, and like I've said multiple times, if it's cinema, it's Zack Snyder's Justice League: way too long, cult-like adoration, and with severe delusions of adequacy as to its auteurship. The emperor having no clothes was apparent to some of us a year ago, and yet, we're still in the nobles glad-handing the king stage of the parable. The streak of Night 1 having standout main events - in many cases better than the Night 2's - has been thoroughly snapped tonight. Tomorrow night better make-up for it, because tonight has been a thorough disappointment to kick off the so-called "Levesque Era"."

[0.0] "This was dogshit, 30 minutes of punches and boots because we have two part part timers that couldn't run the ropes for a minute. Worst mania main event of all time and the rock should've stayed as a mouthpiece because he is a shit wrestler. Like words cannot describe how much I hate this match, I feel bad for seth and cody because they deserve more than this. I really don't care how good rocks character work has been if he is gonna give us 30 minutes of stuff i can do in a mania main event. a complete DUD if i have seen one. I am seeing people call this "cinema", like I cant even see how someone can like this, in my opinion they are just blinded by the rock. Entrances went for 20 min, 30 minutes of punches and boots, and then the last 10 minutes seth and cody try to save the match but what they do cant outweigh the massive shit the rock took."

Tons of standing around doing nothing, mid match exposition, the booker having to get himself over with a double pedigree spot in the middle of the match, a Shiozaki vs Fujita level stardown to start, Dwayne could do very little of anything and was pretty close to moving as if he was Keiji Muto in 2022. Seth Rollins marking out for the Rock before their sequence together was just embarrassing. Mix all of that together with the Prime product placement and this is just an absolute first ballot hall of fame wrestlecrap match. The only bits that were halfway decent were the Roman vs Cody Rhodes sequences which at least gives us some hope for tomorrow being a better show. If this is the "Renaissance Era" count me out."

Not only was it sponsored by Dude Wipes, which is perhaps the most embarrassing sponsor that WWE has ever had for a major match, but this blowoff after 8 months of build was an unbearably slow, robotic, terribly acted disaster that featured no good moments and dozens of bad ones. Jey saying "you're my twin brother" is one of the most embarrassing moments of the last few years. The two minute segment of Jimmy begging for mercy made me so mad. What an awful, awful match that wasted my time."

[0.0] "Maybe the worst Mania event I've ever seen. I found this so profoundly depressing. After the best build to a Mania match in years, with blood, hatred and intensity coating every second of the lead-up, these four men went out there for almost 45 minutes and delivered a snooze fest. After weeks of Cody and Rock being the most heated aspect of the build, they barely interacted for most of the match. With Cody as the most significant force to take care of for the Bloodline since Cody and Roman would be wrestling tomorrow, they instead targeted Rollins' leg methodically for such a huge portion of the match. All of the big spots felt unearned. They didn't add anything with the empty space, no expert pacing or struggle, it was just crushingly slow. I was so bored and so depressed and by the end where Rock totally big leagued Cody, I was just grateful for it to be over. It did the opposite of making me excited for tomorrow night's main event, in fact, I'm not sure I even want to see this feud continue in any fashion. Give me back Gunther and change this main event scene. Awful, awful, awful match that's practically irredeemable, structurally incompetent and embarrassing for all four men to have been a part of. What a waste."

[0.0] "This might be the worst match in the history of Wrestlemania. An already overrated tag team, these two are just not good singles wrestlers. On top of that, they started performing a little play in the middle of the match with a level of acting that would make a pornstar embarrassed to watch. Just an abomination and an affront to pro wrestling. I can only be thankful that the match was at least short, which saves it from being as bad as the All In main event was, even if they were of a similar vain."

[0.0] "Jey Uso & Jimmy Uso just had the worst tag team singles match in wrestling history. These two aren't good singles fighters and that was shown tonight. In the middle of a match, they play a game with a level of acting that would make a porn star ashamed. This is an abomination. This is an insult to wrestling. I'm glad we had a short match because it saved this from being an all-in main event. A brother vs. brother never works. This was supposed to be a great pre match clip with high stakes and high heat. Instead, we got 11 pale minutes of a match that has absolutely nothing going on. There's no flow, there's no heat. It's like watching a black and white Raw match. There are Superkicks, 3-4 shots, and no heat. There's no finish, there's no postmatch, there's no match. This is the worst match on the whole night."

[0.0] "an absolute trainwreck of a match that only had one shining moment to it, and that moment didn't even include anything the wrestlers did. the crowd chanting "yeet" and "no yeet" to the strike exchange was really funny. other than that though, this match was the absolute shits. jey spending what felt like 5 minutes standing there while jimmy pleaded with him to stop hitting him was brutal, and not in a good way. overall, a largely forgettable and BAD match. in my opinion, the only outright bad match on this generally pretty good show."

You can look at Sid vs. Hogan from Mania 8, Sid vs. Taker Mania 13, Triple H vs. Jericho from Mania X8, Triple H vs. Randy Orton from Mania 25, Miz vs. Cena from Mania 27, Triple H vs. Roman from Mania 32, Brock vs. Roman from Mania 34, you can take all of those and you can at least give them one positive compared to this match; they didn't go forty fucking minutes. They wanted this to feel like the most epic wrestlemania match of all time, the slow burn at the start, the outside brawl, the finisher spam, the Rock seemingly have that power of McMahonism where he can just change the rules on a dime. The fact that more companies go "Longer = Better" shows that the Omega/Okada series infected wrestling like the damn plague, because this tried to imitate it in it's own WWE Sports Entertainment style. Honestly this should've been a bloody lucha brawl style tag match with just blood and punches, that's the vibe I got from the hype package. But nah, it's just a really boring attitude era RAW style main event at the grandest stage of them all. Also botchy cause Cody couldn't hit one damn Cody Cutter correctly. But I will say this, The Rock put on the best sharpshooter he's ever done in his career in this godforsaken waste of time. Zero Stars."

And when they weren't just staring at each other yelling about how they're brothers in bad displays of acting, it was an endless parade of superkicks with the occasional splash for some variety. Eventually this shit ended with Jey as the winner. Jey and Jimmy have talked about wanting to have a match against each other at WrestleMania for years now, and this is what they came up with? They should be embarrassed. 0/10"

This is just a million superkicks with no rhyme or reason, bad heat segments, bad comeback and absolute cringe "acting" in the ring. I hate this "cinema" thing the bloodline has started in the wwe, especially during matches. It's over the top, melodramatic, slop and there was plenty of it in this match. Jey and Jimmy's offense is weak and boring and consists of three moves between the two of them. Just a bad, bad, bad match. Nothing redeemable. DUD"

[0.0] "Terrible. This was a house show match on WrestleMania. Damage CTRL managed to beat up Naomi for maybe a minute before Bianca came in to single-handedly destroy them. That was followed up by Jade coming in to single-handedly destroy them again. Then Damage CTRL ate finishers and Dakota ate the pin. It was very predictable and it still sucked. Jade isn't trusted to do anything other than her three moves of doom and took zero bumps, but she's the big signing so she has to be forced into a match somehow. There was no purpose to this whatsoever. I don't know how you can bury a faction as much as Damage CTRL has been and still have them around. End them already. It's over. 0/10"

Every since this Jey vs Jimmy stuff started, I've been vocal about how much this match would absolutely suck, I don't like The Usos and didn't thought they were good enough to work this match, but I was wrong, it was even worse than I could've possibly imagined, what a mess. Slow match, the same moves and lame sequences (because they have the same moveset), and the cinema stuff was awful, didn't worked at all, it was cringe. [0.0] "This match was an affront and a disrespect to the public, for a long time people were afraid of the match being a joke due to how limited the Usos are (especially Jimmy, dear Jesus, he is very bad) and the only thing he should do was proving that they could be creative and different and deliver at least a decent fight, but then they decide to expose mediocrity. 16 SUPERKICKS in the entire match (I bet my friends that there would be at least 12 superkicks in the match, so you can see how low our expectations were), copying each other's moves (I'm not lying) and with an extremely bad melodrama of Jimmy asking for mercy for Jey (who, for reasons of stupidity, fell into this joke looking like an idiot), but in the end Jey won to the delight of all of us (not because he won, but because this starting time bomb ended). I didn't want to make this comparison because of the tribalism that the site has become in recent months, but I can calmly say that the Young Bucks would be much better if they fought 1v1 than the Usos."

With an absolutely flat finish after another awful bloodline swerve angle in the middle of the match this time. transcendentally awful in only the way that two garbage wrestlers being festered by a garbage promotion with the pretense of grandiose that only comes off as masturbatory can achieve. [0.0] "I expected a DUD from these two, so I suppose they both delivered on that regard. I never, ever want to see Jimmy Uso lead a match ever again. The match felt like a joke you'd see on Twitter about a supposed Uso v. Uso match would go, and whaddaya know, it's what actually happened! You get the worst aspects of the Bloodline 'cinema' 40-minute long slogfests in a shorter medium, all the while you get some of the heatless work from Jimmy. There's no fire to Jey Uso at all. The bell rung, and the rest was history."

They tried to do a dramatic match when the crowd wanted to watch them wrestle. Two wrestlers with the exact same moveset should not wrestler each other unless one of them decides to change their moves. The crowd was bored, everyone watching at home was bored, Jimmy and Jey even seemed bored. The only good thing was Lil Wayne coming out to mumble a few seconds of A Milli. DUD/10"

There was further punishment for Seth Rollins too, which again was just sad to see, he's pissed someone off. Post match was lovely and Im over the moon for Cody, but the pandering to triple H continued and it was a very odd choice to push him all weekend the was they/he did. Such a confusing main event. Maybe Vince Russo came back for the night"

It's like at Survivor Series 2001 Ultimate Warrior and Dusty Rhodes came and let The Rock win. And people are happy too! LOL Congrats to Triple H, he really is the cerebral assassin, he killed the wrestling fans' mental sanity."

[0.0] "I try not to overanalyse WWE' booking, because despite all the posturing and better-than-you attitudes that come with its many conventions, it is always going to be a Vibes First production. I was really into the first 10 minutes of this match because it was Cody Rhodes -the hero- vs Roman Reigns -the villain- and although the Bloodline Rules addition invited a lot of shenanigans it felt like things would only come to that point to callback the ending of Wrestlemania 39. And, fair play, it did do that. Solo comes out and tries to screw it all up but Cody overcomes the odds by HIMSELF. And i cheered. Because i should want to see Cody win through his own sheer will and determination. But despite that being the essence of a babyface's world title win, he was helped to win by a load of cameos from other, bigger superstars. John Cena saves the day for him, The Undertaker saves the day for him. He doesn't even get to push Roman Reigns into losing his cool, Seth "Freakin" Rollins gives Reigns pause for thought so that Cody can hit his 11th Cross Rhodes to win. If it was just that Rocky and Seth came out, revisiting the main event for Night 1, and the turning of the tables was done by Rollins and CODY fucking RHODES then i would not have hated this match. But they overcomplicate it. Again. They have disconnected pieces to the puzzle come in and try to fit in place when they are not needed. They may have gotten cheered but what good is a cheer if it's not for the winner, but rather for the winner's assistant? What good can a hero do if he's not the one to actually do it? [1.25]"

[0.0] "Wild how this match is a thing. Callihan's performance was poor as well. Hauser actually did OK to hold his own, but when his shirt ripped and he started bleeding he was looking like such a goof, even took a fan's shirt in the front row for the rest of the match. Hauser forgot spots numerous times, Callihan had to walk him through the second half of the match. Sandman's interference was bizarre. It took him 5 minutes to get to the ring and then he fell over the barricade. It was one of the funniest matches I've ever watched."

[0.0] "I really don't like any of these wrestlers. Bussy is a tag team reliant on outdated innuendos and Gene Munny has the build of a Sunday league goalkeeper. Session Moth Martina has a decent gimmick, I actually think she has potential, but her in-ring work leaves a fair bit to be desired. These guys are setting the industry back with their work, and this was the epitome, they even tried wrestling in this match a little but it was just uninspired."

I will stand by the fact that Jimmy's heel turn at SummerSlam last year is one of the worst swerves I have ever seen. It was WCW 2000 levels of incomprehensible. The weak "I don't wany Jey to become like Roman" justification doesn't work when Jimmy goes back to kissing Roman's ass. I could go on about the angle but this match was just boring and heatless. People complain about the night one crowd but they were really given nothing to bite into with this match"

[0.0] "i remember a match between Kota Ibushi and Tetsuya Naito from a few years ago that got some controversy after a very nasty bump on the apron, which majorly hurt Ibushi's neck. i can hazily remember Dave Meltzer writing something like 'that match was either 4.75 stars or -4.75 stars depending on how you look at it'. this is the depressing sequel to that match where the only way to look at it is with grief. how on earth did nobody see that ibushi was not in working order? the ENG commentary open the match by saying that kota may have 5 years left in his career... not by the looks of it! he was in disarray before he broke his ankle! every kick-out was agony, not because of anything other than the clear and obtuse lack of energy and agility on ibushi's face. it was in his eyes, his chest, his legs, he just was not able to work at a proper pace. NOBODY stopped this match. it's just not right, for fuck sake. look at what they did to my boy. [1]"

[0.0] "[0.5*] This enters my top 3 of Worst Matches of The Year alongside Ibushi vs Marufuji from NOAH and Jay White vs Billy Gunn from AEW (so, no tribalism, okay? ). Man, was this even a match? Like, those dudes did 15+ superkicks in a 10 minute match, and it was IT. Like, there were no other elements, nothing, maybe Jey refusing to attack Jimmy was "good storytelling" or something but it was the only decent thing of the whole segment. The crowd was deadass silent and nobody bought it. I already knew that a match between 2 tag wrestlers with the same move-set would be bad, but this was worse than what I thought, lmao."

It's like they took away all of their moves and only did superkicks, samoan drops and splashes. It's legit like they forgot how to wrestle and put a match together. No emotional weight, no passion, no in ring quality, the finish was completely dead, nothing felt earned or warranted because there was just nothing in this match to give a shit about. Awful."

Doesn't help that the first bit of the match was cut off and the promo that led to this match was also very awful. Nothing interesting happens here, Truth gets beat up here, Miz comes in and goes off for a bit but is eventually squashed by Judgement Day. Should have used the match to make them look good instead of having these long standing vets with belts who have been jobbers for years now get squashed again and made to look more pathetic when a part-timer comes in with a predictable save and a very choreographed finish. Doesn't make me interested in anyone in this match and in fact makes me dread what the tag division is going to look like."

Never have I thought two men attached to a Bull Rope could be so awful. Tyrus, who is already a bad person, against EC3 who's equally as big of a nutjob? I made a mistake watching this. This is one of those things where when I watch them, I don't need to rewatch them, as it is perfect enough to remind me that I have had many misfortunate things happen to me in my short lifetime, and makes me wish that I was in another universe where this match did not happen. The only positive thing out of this is that Tyrus retired from Professional Wrestling, and everything else is negative. God is not here to advise us any longer, and this match is sheer evidence of that."

[0.0] "There were people who said that the Bloodline story was about Jey Uso. Sami Zayn couldnt win the title. Cody Rhodes couldnt be the one to beat Roman Reigns. No, it had to be the YEET Man. I want those people to bathe in how wrong they are, and how bad they look. This was a goddamn snoozer and a half. All they did was superkick each other. Thats it. They did a poor approximation of what people think the Young Bucks do. Then you got your Bloodline melodrama, as Jimmy begged off to Jey and apologized. Jey, like the biggest rube on the planet, fell for it and almost lost to a, you guessed it, superkick and a splash for a nearfall. Jey came back and won with, say it with me now, a superkick and a splash. I didnt expect this to be good, but I really didnt expect it to be THAT bad. These two had two minutes of ideas and fifteen minutes to fill. An exposing effort on both sides, with the added hilarity of him being called Main Event Jey Uso upon victory. An embarrassment, and whats even worse is the fact that no one cared. Outside of saying YEET, nobody gave a fuck about their drama. Its almost as if people got into the idea of the Bloodline ending more than the Bloodline itself. I cannot stress how truly pathetic that match was. DUD"
