I never got to see him in real time as he was basically retire after I started watching. But Khali is a sense of good pride for me as an Indian. He is the reason for indinas being fans of wrestling. Promo is most important for me but Khali was never best on mic also. But still he is getting a 9 from me. I know maybe it seems crazy but he and jinder were the reason i started watching wrestling. He is the reason for wwe popularity in India. He is a hall of famer and a straight up legend!"

[] "9/10. For me his is nearly a perfect wrestler. 2nd greatest singaporean wrestler of all time after Dante Chen. He is very good in the ring and always has a good match. He is the reason for the sg wrestling scene. His characters, promo and gimmick are so good. The only reason I cannot say he is a 10 is because of his height it is difficult for him to look like a very big threat and the fact he book himself to win 4 titles feels a bit arrogant. But other than that 9/10 and i guarantee you if he was more than 5'9 he would be in wwe or aew today."

I like to watch the singaporean wrestling scene on youtube since 2021 and Dante chen is definetly the greatest singaporean wrestler of all time. I would love to give him a 10 but i think his nxt performances are not as good as his indy so I will give him a 9. For me personally promo is most important and he never cut any promo on nxt. But 9 for his amazing look and in ring ability and for putting my home on the map of wrestling."

[7.0] "In the last of the proto-Triple Crown matches, Stan Hansen and Jumbo Tsuruta finally overcome ringouts to formally create the Triple Crown. This is the stiffest I've seen Tsuruta in this whole series, and the most he's been on the back foot too. Stan beat the bricks off of Jumbo all match, only losing when Jumbo dodged a lariat and scoring a borderline fluke pin. It's cool seeing a guy so well known for his lariat putting on an awesome match while only using it once at the end, not even hitting it. I'm definitely stanning Stan after these matches, but Tsuruta absolutely won me over too. The ending definitely leaves one wanting more, the third one so far to do so, but hey, after three matches I genuinely DO want more, so that's a testament to their chemistry. Also, hey Earthquake at ringside! Dude's 25 going on 58 here, absolutely wild. Seeing a bloodied Tsuruta was sick, this was a fun match, probably my favorite of the three. Looking forward to seeing how Tsuruta's reign goes."

We open with a fairly dull match between Steve Williams and the Samoan Savage that somehow still manages to be one of the best things on this show. Flyin' Brian and the Z-Man then take far too long to put the doughy MOD Squad away. Cactus Jack Manson then sacrifices his body to salvage something out of a dismal match up with Mil Mascaras. we are then treated to a terrible falls count anywhere match between Norman the Lunatic and Kevin Sullivan where we don't even get to see the finish. The Skyscrapers and the Road Warriors then have a fine match before The Steiner Brothers defended their World Tag Team Titles against Doom in the Match of the Night. Finally, we got a rushed and sloppy cage match between the Four Hoursemen and Gary Hart International."

Yeah, not a single soul believe those guys are gonna win the whole thing, so why even bother sacrificing a competent duo for a couple jobbers? Absolutely disgraceful start for the Tournament Wild Card"

I've always view her as a competent mid-carder, but due to her physical attributes, promoters tend to push her way beyond her actual talent level. Look what happened in Progress, look what happened in NXT UK, and don't even get me started on her Stardom run, god, it still pisses me off to this day. I'll update this rating if she proves me wrong in AEW, but as of right now, she's a 5-6 wrestler overall. Update: Damn, she's gotten worse in AEW, she was passable elsewhere, but her matches are pretty much unwatchable these days, so as I promised, Im here to update my rating!"

I was fully into Narita by match's end, right before the interference, and I think he's a great foil for the top stars of the company whose skills should be utilized more prominently. At some point, it's no longer going to make sense for someone as singularly talented as ZSJ to not be world champion. I'm predicting a deep G1 run for The Front Man, and hoping for a victory in the Tokyo Dome next year. ****"

In one of the most violent stipulations in WWE, Cody made a superhero performance, this injury is one of the worst in the human body, he literally fights with one arm. Rollins mades another stellar performance with no result, maybe that was the only bad thing of this fight. The people will see this fight in the future when Cody becomes a legend, this fight is everything for Cody, is the step to glory, is the rise of the new babyface in WWE. Cody you really shut up a lot of mouths. A match for the ages. *****"

The wrestlers turned the tables, and this time at the beginning, Doink took over the advantage, attacking Hennig before the start of the match. But his dominance ended quickly, as Curt injured his leg in his last match, and the emphasis was placed on working on it this time too. In the end, Doink was close enough to victory, but Hennig again seized the initiative and did a perfect plex, but again the wrestlers did not have enough time to determine the winner. A great match that put both in a good light, 7 points."

He was over because he was good at marketing himself while playing storylines assigned to him. But let's be honest as a wreslter he is average and he often oversells moves making it look like a cartoon fight. I wanna see real wrestling not overexaggerated overselling. He oversells his own entrance too. Triple H used behind the scenes power to put himself over time and time again and bury talent. Like I said Triple H is a good wrestler but he is nowhere near one of the best, he just has really high charisma."

[7.0] "As the second of three in the "Pre-Triple Crown Triple Crown Matches" series, this one exceeds it's predecessor. I felt the first one was a bit slow for my own tastes for the first half, but these two start this one like they were shot out of a cannon. It's interesting seeing Hansen playing the de facto face in this one, with Tsuruta dominating him for much of the early bout, stomping out any comeback attempts quickly and brutally. The fans even start booing him as he continuously punishes Stan on the outside, conversely cheering Hansen for choosing to roll his opponent back into the ring regularly. The two of them were laying their shots in like crazy, with both guys using crisp elbows and Stan clubbing the soul out of Tsuruta all match. I like that they still can't unify these belts all this time later because they devolved to beating the tar out of each other outside again. Also, Korakuen Hall, neat! Good match, makes for an even more interesting rubber match. Only one more proto-Triple Crown match left."

Aside from being one of Brock Lesnar's henchmen for a brief period he was extremely forgettable and had no personality. Only geezers want to see 6 ft 8 and taller guys wrestle. The only thing he had going for him was strength and an intimidating look. No personality, just loootsa strenghth. It's a miracle he got fired."

[7.0] "Matt Borne got used to his character very well, and it was in his performance that Doink was an amazing gimmick, a crazy clown playing mind games with rivals, scaring children in the fan section and coming up with some new antics every time. And Curt Hennig, an amazing wrestler who was at the peak of his career, may have been the opponent with whom Matt showed, I think, his best matches during his short run. It was an exciting technical fight in which Curt aimed primarily on the enemy's leg, but the wrestlers could not identify the winner and the match for qualification to the King of the Ring ended in a draw, and this mini-feud remained open, as evidenced by their fight after the bell."

[4.0] "Just an ordinary random match from a WCW Saturday Night, that wasn't particularly noteworthy, even though it featured great wrestlers, even though Matt Borne's gimmick was pretty cartoonish at the time and he frankly had no chance of doing much better in WCW, and despite my skepticism of Bagwell, he was a young standout at the time. Not bad wrestling, but the match itself was pretty forgettable."

[8.0] "Without the Jericho match this would've been easily a 9, however that match sucked and kinda took me out of the show for a bit. The rest of the night, however, was awesome. Mercedes Mone is All Elite! AEW's third major signing in the last three weeks and this one is an absolute game changer for the women's division. She delivered a fairly decent promo in the opening segment and then got involved in the main event as well with seeds being planted for lots of future match-ups. Can't wait to see what's next for her. Joe vs. Wardlow was a good opening bout. These two don't have the best chemistry but here I think they had their best match yet. The Elite vs. Pac, Penta and Kingston was my match of the night, just super fun and entertaining all around. I love this new version of Okada, pairing him with the Bucks was a genius idea and I was super happy to see Pac back in action. Will Ospreay cut a crazy-good promo on his upcoming match with Bryan Danielson. Really passionate with an awesome delivery, show it to anyone who says he's just a spot monkey and can't cut a promo. White vs. Allin was really good, nice chemistry between the two and the ending was wonderful. In the post-match we finally got freeded from that awful thing that was the Bang Bang Scissoring Gang as BCG turned on the Acclaimed, thank God. Lion-Hook vs. Gates of Agony was bad. Just bad. Does Jericho really needs to be on TV every week at 54? Willow vs. Riho was a really good main event, both ladies really brought their A-games to Boston and delivered two great perfomances. Post-match was also nice. Overall: lots of fun matches with some stories being advanced in front of a red-hot Boston crowd. AEW is back and I can't wait to see what's next for the company. Haven't been this hyped for the AEW product in quite a while."

In this promo Mercedes really doesn't say anything, she thanks the fans for supporting her throughout her carrer and talked about her dreams that led her to accomplish great things. Really bland and generic stuff with a random shoutout to Eddie Guerrero as well. Maybe it was her first promo and she was emotional but, on a second watch, this was mid. Not bad, just mid. Hadn't been for the crowd, it would've been way worse."

[6.0] "Coming into this match, the WWE Intercontinental Champion, Chris Jericho, performs in a non-title match against Batista. The previous night at Judgment Day 2008 in Omaha, Nebraska, Chris Jericho wrestled in another non-title bout against a former rival of Shawn Michaels, in which he lost in nearly sixteen minutes. This is a shot at Chris Jericho's confidence and ego, and it's clear he wants to get this match over with as soon as it starts, as he attacks Batista immediately as the bell rings. The bigger man in Batista can push him off and elbow at the back of Jericho in the corner, until he then backs Jericho into the opposite side corner and gets to work on him there with jabs and shoulder tackles. Batista Irish whips Jericho into a corner, and Jericho stops the animal in his tracks with a boot to the head, following it up with some jabs in which Batista pushes him away and strikes him in the throat. Batista whips him off the ropes, trying for a back throw, but Jericho kicks him and runs the ropes to gain momentum before being lifted by Batista and dropped on his chest. Batista continues to dominate Jericho with clotheslines and strikes. As Batista begins to whip Jericho, he seems to tumble as if something is wrong with his knee, with the referee checking on him as we go to break. Back from break, and Batista is still dominating the Intercontinental Champion. Batista seems to not buy that Jericho is injured, with the power whipping Jericho into a corner. Jericho tries to rally some momentum by kicking him, but Batista shrugs it off and strikes him back. He then whips him into the ropes, but Jericho catches himself and fakes Batista out as he tumbles over the top rope and onto the floor. Now it seems Batista has his left knee injured. As he limps into the ring, Jericho begins to work on the left leg and knee of Batista. Jericho was faking his knee injury all along and has now got Batista in his trap. Batista tries to push him off with his legs twice, even with a big boot to the head, but his knee isn't able to support the rest of his weight, and he collapses. Jericho continues to try and go after his knee, but Batista drops his "Spine on the Pine" with a Spinebuster. The animal tries to put Jericho away with a Batista bomb, but Jericho counters into the walls of Jericho. The agony Batista is in for a full minute is teeth-grinding, but he can make the break in the bottom rope. How much left could be in the tank of Batista, as it seems to come down to not a matter of if, but when? Batista makes his way to his feet and throws a haymaker that's avoided by Jericho into a chop block, then a Lionsault, which is avoided. Batista stands and tries another Batista bomb, but Jericho hangs on to the ropes and kicks him in the legs again. As Jericho scales the top rope, Batista drops him with a clothesline. Batista, making his comeback, has Jericho where he wants him and tries a spell, but Jericho avoids it and sends him shoulder-first into the ring post. Jericho then tries his signature Codebreaker, but Batista catches him, and Batista bombs him for the win. With the odds stacked against him, Batista's will to get his revenge against Shawn Michaels at One Night Stand kept him in this match. (***1/4)"

You also got some delightful strikes, chops and kicks that you would expect from these two. The dynamic of trying to outdo one another when hitting strikes was also cool. The slap exchange was a great example of this, and Bryan ended up winning that by hitting Shibata with an unexpected kick. The counters at the end were tremendous and made it feel like the match could really end any moment in which it did.****1/2"

This match was long for a TV match, but not all that long for a match but felt even longer due to the way it was structured. They started hitting big moves early on in this and no this wasnt as good as the Takeshita match when they did it because Fletcher isnt Takeshita. [4.0] ""What The World Is Watching", except the MILLIONS of us who watched Clash Of The Champions 1 instead. How many times must it be said that Clash 1 was the better show? It was the better show btw. So guess who elementary school me chose to win this tournament? GUESS! Did you guess Bam Bam Bigelow? If so, here's a cupcake. All matches that meet the criteria are reviewed, so feel free to read the if you care. All matches that do not meet or exceed 5 minutes will get a small blurb here. Opening Battle Royal had a fun finish that I will always appreciate and in general it wasn't too bad (5.75). I can't review DiBiase vs Duggan but I think they did well for the time allowed and it established the additional threat of Andre tremendously, Ted also looked quite strong here (5.25). Don Muraco vs Dino Bravo is less than five minutes but feels more than twelve, at times it's completely awful (0.75). Ricky Steamboat vs Greg Valentine is a match I definitely liked (7.5). Butch Reed vs Randy Savage wasn't bad but was underwhelming (4.5). The One Man Gang vs Bam Bam Bigelow. I told you I thought Bigelow would take the big one. Kids are stupid. Apparently Bam Bam had a big time boo boo and needed surgery yesterday and even walking to the ring was probably murder for the guy. The match is two clubbing BO-hemoths and isn't that good but is still better than Muraco vs Bravo (2). Hulk Hogan's promo at this point is gawd awful STUPID. Here is where I will mention Bob Uecker doesn't put over despicable dipshit donny and calls the building what it is: THE CONVENTION CENTER. Bob Uecker gets a fist bump. Rick Rude vs Jake Roberts is staggeringly disappointing and borderline torture during the chinlocks (3.25). Hercules vs The Ultimate Warrior is about as trash as Bravo vs Muraco, because Warrior is blown up damn early and that finish sucked (0.75). Andre the Giant vs Hulk Hogan was a match that had a finish (0.75). Ted DiBiase vs Don Muraco ain't so bad, in fact it's decent (5.75). Greg Valentine vs Randy Savage is quite good but I wish it had more time (6). Honky Tonk Man vs Brutus Beefcake is somehow not the worst thing on the show (1). The British Bulldogs & Koko B Ware vs The Islanders & Bobby "The Brain" Heenan is always better than I recall and I think it's because the show overall is so damn lackluster, that by this time even a match like this feels refreshing and not so bad (4.5). At this point I have to say "enough" and go to sleep. If I die in my sleep, it's a shame that this was the last wrestling event I watched. If I wake up alive I will FINISH this review and then do Clash Of The Champions 1 (I really hope I wake up alive). For now the average is a 3.67 rounded up and so far only two matches are a sure fire recommendation and they both have Greg Valentine!"

[6.0] "A good little 2 hours of TV. Nothing too spectacular, nothing that detracts. The Shibata / Danielson match was a little lackluster for me as a huge fan of both those guys. I ABSOLUTELY would rather watch that match on every AEW TV card for the rest of my life, but it didn't take the show past being a really good wrestling show or anything. Afterwards, we got a nice little sizzle package for Mone. I love her. Then we saw the Julia Hart / Trish Adora match which was sub-par because of Trish's work. She's so overrated. Afterwards we got a backstage segment to heat up Zac Knight and Harley Cameron. This shit belongs on Rampage. Then we get that frankly stellar Daniel Garcia / Lee Moriarity match. Danny is getting shined up real nice. I hope he keeps losing until we're ready to explode when he wins something meaningful. He's so good. This man has "future Ace of the promotion" written all over him. Then we're treated to a little injury report from Dynamite. Love to see it. I hope Jay White gets a shirt that says "I broke Darby's Foot." That makes the show feel very combat sports and VERY wrestling. Then we get a BEAUTIFUL little squash. PAC was like Aaron Solo, a bottom of the card on ROH, how about I squash him while showing off my best stuff and then cut a promo? So he did and it was great. Danielson backstage promo where we look at that GNARLY trap bruise looking worse. Just a little heater promo. Then we get the Claudio match where this dude does his same shit and refuses to lose. I'm not sick of that match, but I don't care for it and I really don't care for the 6 man feud we're clearly building to with The Righteous vs BCC. Backstage AGAIN with Saraya. Man, this Outcast program is really a time filler. Whenever Tony needs to fill a spot he reaches in the old bag and pulls this bad boy out. I don't like it. Get it back on Rampage. The KOR / Bryan Keith match was excellent! I love Keith and think that he really fits in so well on this roster and O'Reilly is the most adorable Aw Shucks murder machine in the world. It was a great match back and Keith trying to take advantage of Kyle's ring rust and making him think he was washed was SUCH good storytelling. Deonna Peruzza and Thunder Rosa interview segment. It was fine. Thunder Rosa is an incredible promo, but I don't believe her. I don't know why, I just don't believe her. Last match was hands down the worst match. HOB v Infantry was a disaster imo and you can read my review of that for me. Adam Copeland came out to cut an end of the show promo heating up his grudge match with Christian Cage and it was good enough. Really good for this promo light promotion and it hyped me for that match quite a bit. He's great for this promotion because he can talk OK and his workrate is up to standards, so I'm happy to have him on the show I like. Overall, I would not kick this episode of TV out of bed for eating crackers. I didn't skip anything and I wasn't left wanting, in other words, it was good television."

Most tag matches were good enough, some of them building up to other programs and future title matches and the 2 New Japan Cup matches delivered. EVIL finally got his comeuppance and put over Tsuji perfectly. Goto beat SANADA and makes us believe in him again. This sets up a very interesting final !"

Savage mounts an enjoyable comeback but the Hammer is still alive. In the midst of Valentine attempting a figure four, all he accomplishes is a tighter lock on the cradle that catches him for the fall. These two squeezed out all of the good they could from every minute they were given. More time could have made this excellent."

[9.0] "Underrated match, it was one of the best matches of the tournament. When Finlay had to forfeit, Goto didn't seem like he had much chances against SANADA but they worked very well in that match to make Goto look like he really had a chance and the crowd being mostly behind Goto made it work even better. Some of us doubted him but after all he is a 3 time winner of the New Japan Cup, made it to a lot of finals in multiple tournaments, and today he went out there with a lot of determination and intensity to prove that he still can make it happen. Great chemistry, some great counters and a big win for Goto against the previous IWGP World Heavyweight Champion and now everybody is in the Goto train again. It might not last for long but this match really showed the power of Goto and how he is still loved by the fans who want to see him get that world title reign."

He's damn near 50, and he's trying to keep up with an athletic freak who's yet to hit his prime. It may not be the most consistent heart-pumping exciting matches of the year, or one of the greatest stories or hot crowds. But man, a simple old ace vs. new ace match is so easy to get behind. And then there's the little details. Ueno and HARASHIMA are masters of the facial expression, and both are excellent at conveying emotion through body language. Even the big moments, some of the stiffer strikes or near falls have little tidbits of excellence in them. Just great all-around. 4.5 Stars."

This promo however just didn't deliver excitement besides that entrance which got a massive pop (of course it did, it's Boston, Mercedes' hometown). Of course there were some cheap pop lines put in the promo, I'm guessing because even Mercedes knew it wasn't going to get much of a reaction. This promo wasn't really too good, but not the worst promo a debuting wrestler has made in AEW, it was just average for the most part. It's going to be interesting to see how Mercedes does in AEW, considering she's coming off a massive knee injury that could potentially have destroyed her mobility, who knows how it will go, only time will tell."

We first had a no contest and then Tsuji telling EVIL that the stuff he does is not New Japan, that they need to start the match again without all of his bullshit. Naturally at some point EVIL manages to give an opportunity to his goons to come to the ring again. The crowd was into and the last few minutes were great with EVIL finally having a taste of his own medicine and getting his well deserved comeuppance. Great match to put over Tsuji as the guy who delivered us from House Of Torture. EVIL did a great job again, this is why he works so well as a heel, for moments like this."

This is proof that wins and loses don't matter unless they build to something and this built to nothing. Good luck in the tournament Infantry, you have at least one more chance to not look as garbo as you did here. As for the match itself, it would be great if not for the ending. A really solid squash match that ended because of unseen interference by someone they already have heat with and Brody INEXPLICABLY running after him mid-match. Though clearly that was the best flat chair shot of all time, because Buddy Matthews was completely out cold from it without being fatigued at all. BOOO! SHIT ENDING! The best thing about this match was the graphic animating at the end."

The highlights for me were glimmers of O-Khan utilizing his amateur wrestling ability and a couple of humorous Taguchi moments. Tanga Loa officially challenged for Great O-Khan's King of Pro-Wrestling title after the match and I'm not particularly looking forward to that title defense."

He was handly beating someone I think should be a monster you build for a shot at the title and then send back down the card back to Japan. Lance Archer is an incredible talent who works a very nice hard hitting style and in this match, he showed off his selling very nicely. Claudio did the same Claudio shit he does EVERY match for 12 years, which I'm tired of but not sick of. The ending was awful in my opinion. I don't want another BCC program where they never lose to the 3 person team every match. I've seen that to tears. God bless 'em, I may like them and their work a lot, but NO ONE thinks The Righteous and Lance Archer are going to give the BCC an L. My guess is the BCC don't even give them a good match."

[5.0] "It felt fresh and like a pre-Attitude Era show and even though it wasn't the best in terms of the match quality I was happy to escape the constant brawling for once. Old-school barricades, no garbage matches and most of the stuff kept in the ring. Some decent bouts here and there with Triple H vs The Rock leading the line, where they delivered a good contest with a big match feeling. Also Jarrett vs Brown and Jericho vs Road Dogg were quite enjoyable, while Bulldog vs X-Pac and Triple Threat Tag weren't bad. There were obviously some skippable matches like Kane vs Show or Godfather vs Gangrel, but even then the fans weren't bored and were chanting loudly. The only rotten thing was the women's Fatal 4 Way, but at least it didn't went long. Overall nothing incredible, but I always gladly watch these UK shows, as the atmosphere there feels like we're back to the 80s and early 90s."

[4.0] "I like a Julia Hart match. She really shines up her competition to start a match. Watching Trish's moves it feels like someone told her to be a little gentle with Julia tonight. The impacts were slowed down right before they happened. Julia did not return the favor. She looked very aggressive. The stairs to the head spot looked a little soft, so she got it again and really delivered it that time. Julia's arm drag into the barricade was also snapping and looked really good. Trish slow motion stumbling selling has never been good to me and it was brutally obvious this match. Maybe I'm just not a fan of Trish at all as I watch her sloppily hit spots that don't look that good. Honestly, the best spot at the end of this sequence was the finish. Brutal and great looking moonsault into a pin for the finish. The rest of the match, I can take or leave and I entirely blame Trish for it."

[9.0] "Yeah good. Ueno is exceptionally impressive. I don't think he did a single thing that looked bad or phony. His selling is insane and I was totally into him. HARASHIMA worked as the adult in the room and I really loved that. His facial storytelling in this match was absolutely next level. My favorite kind of Japanese storytelling and willing to take bigger and bigger risks in acts of desperation to win. The chokeout spot was maybe the best I've ever seen in wrestling. Ending was really well earned."

So, that alone tempers my expectations for a blood feud between him and long-time partner Christian. I think the shoutouts to Abyss and Mick Foley were pretty cool and well done, but introducing his own foreign object feels a bit... tacky? The real meat on the bone here for me was unveiling a 40 year history, and I get the logic for why Copeland brings it up, due to Foley & Abyss's history working these types of matches."

But besides that it was a really good Cage Match that felt like a big deal, especially after Rocky's brilliant promo before the bell. [8.0] "Pretty good episode for Collision with two "tentpole" matches (Shibata/Danielson and O'Reilly/Keith) that pushed it from a 6.5/7 to an 8. The rest of the card was solid if unspectacular, but the stories they're helping to push were cohesive and should pay off. The Copeland promo was quite good, and a compelling way to end the show. None of the matches over-stayed their welcome so I never felt like I was waiting for a segment to end."

[9.0] "This was an excellent TV match. When you see Shibata wrestle other extraordinary wrestlers, it reminds you how good he is at making basic stuff look credible (e.g., his kickouts are top-tier, he sells strikes and submissions extremely well). There are almost too many exchanges in this match to call out any specific ones, but I really enjoyed the ankle picks and limb captures because both wrestlers blended those actions into the next sequence seamlessly (sometimes even keeping an ankle captured while delivering a suplex). This all combines into making the match look like a continuous struggle (instead of a series of sequences). The finish wasn't overly complicated either, but Danielson did an awesome job in using leverage and balance to push his weight down onto every part of Shibata's."

[8.0] "Although it was terrifying, the infamous clip of Benoit's crash-n-burn Tope Suicida sending him back-first into the announce table dictates all of the best parts of this contest. Benoit's selling is consistent regardless of who's in control. Off a back bump, off a German Suplex, off a Superplex, Benoit is always in pain and that relentlessness carries him and Booker through to incredible performances. Sharmell gets involved with the finish to set up the Best Of 7 Series later down the line. [3.75]"

I wasn't an Andre fan, I just didn't like Hogan. The Giant pours on the offense early, Hogan makes a comeback but Andre finds himself in control again. Poor Andre looks terrible. Hogan once again comes back and here is DiBiase to introduce the chair that causes the double disqualification. The post match never seems to end and is pretty much NAUSEATING. 0.75"

Once The Hollys leave the ring the contest between The Acolytes and Edge & Christian deliver a pretty good Tag Team Match, so I'd obviously prefered if they went 2v2 from the start."

[7.0] "Someone here said it best, WWE is like the McDonald's of the wrestling world, the most mainstream and marketable wrestling company, obviously 'World' is in the title and they are world-renown as they go all over the world year round sometimes. I can't rate WWE highly due to some controversies in the past, like the mistreatment of women until the mid 2010s, some nefarious scandals that continue to hurt the reputation of the company, the constant pushing of certain wrestlers that shouldn't be pushed (ex. Goldberg), the wasting of wrestlers who are over and/or really good (ex. LA Knight). I could go on and on but I don't want to cherry pick the bad without mentioning the good, like creating successful wrestlers and characters like Stone Cold Steve Austin, The Undertaker, Bret Hart, and several others that have helped define a company and different eras of the WWE. WWE has got almost everything you could possibly want, if you want casual storylines and matches, RAW, Smackdown, and the PLEs are for you! if you want to see the young, bright up and coming wrestlers, NXT is for you! Chances are, you are going to enjoy WWE if you are wanting to get into wrestling for the first time, my introduction to wrestling was from WWE, and I still enjoy the product from time to time, but I do look back and see some negatives with the company, especially with the product sometimes can be hard to watch, WWE had a rough end to the 2010s, with 2017-2019 being the worst years of WWE, however, the company has since rebounded and although I have my criticisms of Triple H as a booker, I think he (along with Shawn Michaels) is doing a really good job."

So much absurd bushwah in the main event but it was the 70s where many false finishers took place. Previous matchup featured count out between a massive Gorilla Monsoon and the winner Nikolai Volkoff. Tito Santana defeating Jose Estrada with the flying burrito in 7 minutes and 28 seconds. Best match that night with a crown acquiesce of utilised talents Jose Estrada bumping around the buckles like crazy. Many say he is a best kept secret in the WWF that time. Two lower hand guys competed in an opener where Steve King beats Mario Mancinis future trainer Tony Altimore with barely any reaction. EVIL and Shingo Takagi put on a good match outside of the shenanigans and the shenanigans served their purpose of heightening the drama. [7.0] "AEW is without a doubt, one of the most important promotions in the history of the Wrestling Business, A lot has been achieved by this promotion in the last 5 years. From successful PPVs, to the rise of superstars like Jon Moxley and MJF, to must-watch matches, to making Arthur Ashe Stadium wrestling events a year-round tradition (and Wembley soon to be perhaps) and speaking of Wembley, selling tens of thousands of tickets to Wembley in 2023 and so far again in 2024. AEW has also had some great hires like Jon Moxley, MJF, Eddie Kingston, Samoa Joe, Toni Storm, Christian Cage and hopefully a few more soon, not to forget that Sting had one of the greatest retirement matches ever and it will go down in the history books in emotion and triumph. With those positives, there do come some negatives, like the misuse of certain talents that are too good to be wasted, to the really bad hirings of Vickie Guerrero, Saraya, and Parker Bordeaux; the promoting of and pushing of Saraya despite her being a decade off her prime and being one of the MOST hated and obnoxious wrestlers today (I will NEVER forgive TK for the disaster of putting the belt on her at Wembley.), hiring Ric Flair (even though he is a legend so I respect him for that) despite him not really contributing much to the product and being controversial, to the CM Punk debacle and the mishandling of it until the last minute (last minute = termination of contract), to some utterly bad storylines like The Devil, Outcasts vs Originals, and several others that I won't mention. AEW has set a new precedent in Pro Wrestling and has helped define the new era of wrestling, hence the 7 rating. I can't rate them close to a 10 because of some of the negatives plus some other factors like normal US ticket sales and not so much of a casual following, I do hope that casuals give AEW a chance though, as they do have some fairly marketable names and some massive star power."
