Mike Quackenbush: "Chris Hero, I knew you for years before you came to CHIKARA and I have known you years since. Five years ago this weekend you were on our very first card in Allentown, in a six man tag opposite me. And two years later you joined me as a trainer at CHIKARA Wrestle Factory. We traveled to Europe together, we traveled to U.S. together, we got to know each other pretty well.

And I know, Chris Hero, in a lot ways, as much as I hate to admit it, you are a lot like me. You're a student of the game. You study your opponents, you study other wrestlers, you study tapes and DVDs from foreign lands, you wanna be the best wrestler ever. And that's why tonight I knew, if I win it now, with one of my trademark submission holds if you allow the term - the Lightning Lock, Strangle Hold Omega - you'd be ready for 'em. So for tonight I needed something a little bit special, and you know what, Chris? The European fans didn't name me the "Master of a thousand holds" 'cause they thought it sounded nice. They gave me that name because nobody works harder, nobody fights more to be on the cutting edge of our sport than I do. And that's something I take very seriously, Chris.

I wasn't gonna insult your intelligence and come out there and bust out a move you know a million counters to. I came up with something brand new, something we'll forever remember as the CHIKARA Special. And you know what, Chris, now that I know that move can beat you, I'm gonna teach it to everybody. I'm gonna teach it to the tecnicos. The first time you miss a wednesday class, I'm gonna go there and teach it to the rudos. I'm gonna teach it to your partners. I'm gonna teach it to your rivals.
