"SmackDown is MY show!"

Chris Jericho: "This is Sunday is Judgment Day, the end of the world as we know it, the day when all of us must attest and atone for all the things we've done as human beings on this planet. The while all of you hypocrites are terrified of judgement day, without a blink of an eye I am not afraid of judgement day. And the reason why, is this: I am an honest man, I am a man of virtue, I am a pure-hearted man who always does exactly what he says he is going to do. [Buhrufe]

And yet, ever since I came to SmackDown, I've been lied to, I've been cheated on, I've been disrespected on a weekly basis, and at first I thought it was because I was the new kid on the block. But now I realize it's because it is a conspiracy against Chris Jericho. [lautere Buhrufe] That's right, a conspiracy orchestrated and perpetrated by all of you fraudulant, gelatinous, parasitic tape worms. [noch lautere Buhrufe] A conspiracy orchestrated by the inept Teddy Long, the incompetent general manager of SmackDown. And a conspiracy orchestrated by all of the envious and enviable SmackDown superstars in the locker room, all of them conspiring against me.

But this Sunday at Judgment Day I will have my vindication, because the conspiracy will end and Chris Jericho's rapture will begin. And if that means I have to go through the entire SmackDown locker room and embarass any eradicate them one by one, then that's exactly what I'm gonna do. Because I am the destroyer of hopes and dreams, I am a modern-day conquerer, I am the best in the world at what I do, and SmackDown is MY show. [Buhrufe] You don't like it, but it's true, so I'll say it again: SmackDown is Chris Jericho's show!

And the first victim in my quest to prove that it's my show is that miniscule piece of trash, Rey Mysterio. You see, Rey Mysterio took something very important away from me. He took away my opportunity to become the World Heavyweight champion last week on SmackDown, so now I am going to take away something very important to Rey Mysterio. I am going to beat him this Sunday at Judgment Day and become the Intercontinental champion for the unprecedented 9th time. [Buhrufe]

And in the process I am going to take away something from all of you: I'm gonna take away the joy and delight you feel, when you see Rey Mysterio hit a 6-1-9 and pin his opponent, because I guarantee you, I promise you, you will not see a 6-1-9 this Sunday. And you will see a new Intercontinental champion named Chris Jericho. [laute Buhrufe] I call the shots. I run this show. I am the best in the world and I guarantee you, you won't see a 6-1-9 tonight, either, cause I don't wanna wait till Judgment Day. Rey Mysterio, I command you, as the leader of this show, as the leader of this locker room, to come down to this ring right now."

As a matter of fact, you're out to get me. You say, this is your show? You're the face of SmackDown? Are you serious? While you were over on RAW getting beat by John Cena, I owned SmackDown. [Mix aus Jubel und Buhrufen] SmackDown has always been MY show. You're a nine-time Intercontinental champion, if you win this Sunday at Judgment Day? I'm a nine-time WORLD champion. As a matter of fact, this isn't even your time to be out here. I'm claiming that this is now MY time to be out here. So, you wanna call out Rey Mysterio? Eh-eh. I wanna call out my opponent for Judgment Day. I wanna call out Jeff Hardy. [sehr lauter Jubel] So, Jeff, come on, Jeff, get out here!"

Chris Jericho: "No no no no no no no... no, no! No! You've been supplanted, Edge, this is now my show. I called Rey Mysterio out here first, I'm waiting for an answer from Mr. 6-1-9. So you can wait in line, wait your turn! Come on, Mysterio!"

Edge: "Hey! Hey! Hey! I don't care that you came out here first, I..."

[Die Musik von General Manager Teddy Long unterbricht die beiden.]

Teddy Long: "Hold on just a minute there, players, both of ya'. Now I've got news for ya', this is neither one of ya's show. [Jubel] Now this show is the the WWE Universe's show. [lauter Jubel] Now you two want a match, then? You know what, I'm gonna give it to ya'. It is going to be Chris Jericho versus Edge, and that's gonna happen TONIGHT."
