Sting: "Well, here I stand the new TNA World Heavyweight Champion. But I know, that it's not me, that's supposed to be standing here with this belt. I know, that it's supposed to be Samoa Joe standing here as your champion. I also know, Joe, that I can look you in the eye saying, that at Bound for Glory you were the better wrestler, Joe. As a matter of fact I can say, you are the better wrestler.

I mean, Joe, the old man bite of a little more than he can chew. I admit that, too. You took me places, I've never been, Joe. I mean there were times during the match, I didn't know which way was up and I didn't know which way was down. But I was always coherent enough to know, that ten minutes—I was always coherent enough to know, that ten minutes into the match, Joe, you had me beat. You could have taken the one, two, three and been the champion and walked away, but you chose not to, Joe. You chose instead to do, what you always do and that is to mock me and my generation, Joe. You chose to try to embarrass me, Joe. You're trying to put me out of wrestling, Joe. You wanted to humiliate me, Joe. The bottom line is Joe, it is because of your disrespect, that I'm the champion and you're not.

How many times, Joe—how many times do you think, that I had a Ric Flair at a place, where he didn't know, which way was up and which way was down. And I took the one, two, three and I walked away, Joe, because I had respect. Because of your disrespect—I'll say it again—this is mine and it's not yours and it's gonna stay that way, Joe.

So when I walked into the dressing room after Bound for Glory, there was a group of guys, that shook my hand and there was a group of guys, that did not. And AJ, you were one of the guys, that didn't shake my hand. And I know AJ, that you're good friends with Samoa Joe, but let me tell you something. You wanna compete—"

[Styles Musik unterbricht Sting.]

AJ Styles: "Let me tell you something, Sting. I am friends with Samoa Joe. We've been friends for a long time. Let me tell you this. If you would just listen, what people have to say, you would get your respect. The reason, why you've got no respect in that wrestling match at Bound for Glory with Samoa Joe is because you show no respect.

You keep talking about respect and how we don't give it to you. Don't belittle me and I won't belittle you. You see, I'm on the road, making a living, earning money for this company and you're sitting at home spending it. I'm on the road, away from my family, away from my kids, away from my wife, she's basicly a single mother, while you're coaching your son's football team.

In 2002 it was guys like Lo-Ki, Christopher Daniels, who laid the foundation for this company. It's guys like AJ Styles and Samoa Joe, that are still putting brick at this company. This house, that we build together. The cement, that holds it together, is our blood, our sweat, our tears. And you think you can come and hang some fancy chandelier, that cost a lot of money and get respect? It doesn't work that way. And if you don't like it, there's the door."

Sting: "AJ, you told me yourself, that you didn't like the way your dad runs you up. You told me yourself, that you didn't like the example, the way he showed, the way he taught you. And I can tell you, that if you keep on making the choices, that you're making, you're gonna turn into your dad.

[AJ verpasst Sting eine Backpfeife.]

Because of the history, that we have together, AJ, I will forgive you."

AJ Styles: "Don't."

[Styles lässt noch eine Backpfeife folgen und ein Brawl der beiden folgt.]
