[5.0] "Shane untermauert gleich zu Beginn die McMahon-Ansagen vom Montag. Fresh Start continues. Und auch der Chef persönlich ist anwesend und regelt die Dinge bei den Damen, wobei sich abschliessend Asuka gegen Naomi schadlos hält. Voll geil - Miz & Mandy Rose belegen in Sekunden, was die komplette Mixed Match Challebnge wert ist, nämlich einen feuchten Kehricht. Einzig positiv am folgenden unvollendeten Tag Match ist die Tatsache, dass Anderson & Festus keinen richtigen Job machen müssen. Das letzte Tag-Match ist dann okay, hat aber sicherlich auch keinen Mehrwert. Die Episode ist ziemlich unspektakulär, was aber kurz vor Weihnachten auch kompett ausreicht."

[7.0] "Die McMahon-Family fungiert als On-Air-Authority und so erwischt es zu Beginn von SDL folgerichtig auch Paige als GM. Das ist auf der einen Seite Schade, aber auch nur konsequent. Das Backstage-Segment ist aber etwas schwierig. Segmente mit dem gesamten Roster kann die WWE irgendwie nicht. Im Ring geht es da schon besser zu. Die Top-Damen tragen ihre Fehde aus und bis auf die Wortmeldung von Asuka ist das gut, was da im Ring passiert. Der CEO gibt sich auch am Dienstag die Ehre. Sein Mitwirken zeigt eine schöne Wertschätzung, aber liefert auch keinen Mehrwert. Der Opener ist dann das, was Naomi leisten kann. Asuka kann da auch nicht mehr herausholen. Backstage taucht Vince auch nochmal auf und das Segment mit Miz hat schon eine passende Komik, auf die der CEO ja persönlich steht. Rusev beweist auch wieder seine Komik, auch wenn den Pullover aus seinen Barthaaren niemand haben möchte. Hardy und Joe liefern ein Segment auf den Punkt, wobei Joe fast etwas zahnlos wirkt. Miz bekommt Mandy unter seine Fittiche und zusammen dürfen sie nun erst einmal die MMC 2018-Sieger besiegen. Die Hype-Videos der NXT Call Ups werden auch bei SmackDown präsentiert. Bleibt zu hoffen, dass die Leute auch ihre Überraschungsmomente bekommen. Die Tag-Division wird neu gemischt und die Promo von Machine Gun hatte auch da mal wieder einen hohen Wahrheitsgehalt. Bleibt zu hoffen, dass die Zeit der Mutlosigkeit wirklich vorbei ist. Auch die Verquickung mit SAnitY kann funktionieren. Nakamura antwortet Rusev auf ebenso unterhaltsame Art und Weise und der neue Daniel Bryan hält eine passende Promo ehe es zum guten Main Event um das neue SDL-Mitglied Ali kommt. Auch hier eine interessante Entwicklung. Auch interessant, welcher Worker hier zunächst ausgelassen worden sind. Ordentliche SmackDown-Ausgabe, der neue Flair passt gut zum blue brand."

[6.0] "1) Well starting with Shane speech for rosters then paige release of GM rank , Thank You paige and i hope see Paige in show still , then Becky and charlotte promo was good , damn man , Becky on her Heel role is awesome , promos , reactions , even her look , she is full package right now..... 2) Asuka vs Naomi was almost good , maybe Naomi isn't very good on promos but i believe she is one of amazing female wrestler in the world , just underrated...... 3) Jeff & Joe promo was fine..... 4) Mixed tag match was bad but was fun too :D..... 5) Usos vs Gallows & Anderson was fine then Sanity shows up that was fine too , im happy for gallows & anderson and Sanity returns on show...... 6) Daniel & Almas vs Aj & Mustafa was very good and was BEST PART of this week on smack down in my opinion."

[7.0] "Gute Ausgabe von SmackDown. Das Anfangssegment war in Ordnung. Schade das Paige als GM abtreten muss. Nicht optisch sondern auch in ihrer Rolle echt gut gewesen. Eine der besseren GMs. Becky und Charlotte wollen sich an Ronda Rousey demnächst rächen. Beide erhalten keine weitere Chance auf Asukas Titel. Naomi nimmt diese Chance gerne an. Der Opener war in Ordnung. Naomi macht ihre Sache gut. Ich bin gespannt wer Asuka als nächstes herausfordern darf welche potentiell gefährlich sein kann. Die Jeff Hardy und Samoa Joe Fehde ist so naja. Da muss noch mehr kommen. Das Mixed Tag-Team Match war schlecht. Die MMC Sieger bleiben ein Witz und verlieren direkt. Usos vs Club war in Ordnung. Der Club lebt noch. Seit August verschollen. Auch hier nette Abwechslung ohne New Day. SAnity wird auch reingeworfen. Der Main-Event war in Ordnung. Eine dicke Überraschung Ali Bryan pinnen zu lassen. Außerdem ist Ali nun Teil des SmackDown Rosters. Auch die Involvierung von Almas sorgt für frischen Wind."

[8.0] "Last night on raw I didn't understood the Fact that right now All Mcmhaon Family is going to rule the WWE in its entirety. So now no more General Manages because Mcmhaons themselfs are GM. First of All, really really great promo by Becky, I really really was waiting someone that shooted on the fact tht Ronda is a Roddy piper's cosplay hhahaaha, Charlotte and Asuka's promos were nothing special, but great the fact giving Naomi a title shot, great the fact that they pushed Asuka giving her credibility (she really needs it to be a beliaveble champion) using naomi and at the same time they gave Naomi a shot to returning in main event status. Also amazing the tag team match main event. 4 of the most phenomenal performers ever to step foot in a WWE ring, AJ mustafa Bryan and Cien (happy to see him back). Really really happy they are giving Mustafa a Shot in the main roster, he deserve , really deserve this and happy to see that not only NXT is a sort of launch pad for main roster but 205 also. Mustafa was the most suitable to face off against Bryan from 205 as Baby-Face. I really really think thst if they gave Mustafa a pin against Bryan they are acknowledging his great talent and they will give him a big push. Bryan promo was fantastic as always, contents of his promos are social values, I love his character. Also loved the tag team match between Gallows & Anderson vs Usos, happy to shake up the things in tag division and happy about the post match warfare. What I didn't like was the Jeff vs Joe promo because jeff (which is one of my favorites but not good in mic) response to joe accusation was non sense at all. see whats coming out. Also Rusev promo backstage wasn't convincing at all (he has become too goofy for my point of view) also Truth and Mella are pissing me off... to monotonus and the storyline between Miz shane (and now mandy) isn't going anywhere. overall good show, The Mcmhaon's revolution wasn't really necessary at all on smackdown was already good enou"

[6.0] "Satisfactory. The opening segment was nothing we haven't seen a million times. Asuka vs Naomi was fun and a nice little tv bout. The mixed tag match was ok, just kinda weird. Another tag match was fine and it was nice to see teams other than Bar, New Day, or Usos fighting. Jeff and Joes promo was fine, Shinsuke's was a waste of time and stupid. The main event was really good and I am so happy to see Mustafa be moved to the main roster. These are the top 4 people on SD Live right now in my opinion. Also sad to see Paige go as I liked her as the gm but nonetheless we'll be seeing more of her in the future especially with her new movie coming out."

[6.0] "This counts as a 6. 5, but there isn't so had to go with 6 :D Nice title defense for Asuka, keeping the 3 women feud with Charlotte and Becky, it was the beginning of a transitional eposide, but the main event was very solid, and looks like they wanna push Mustafa Ali, who got to pin the WWE Champion, very happy for him. The 2 hours allow SmackDown to never really be boring but I didn't really want the McMahons to take over the show, I think it was ok as it was except for everything Shane and Miz related, I don't like that type of comedy. Club, Almas and Sanity involved, looks like they're playing with us since for the whole year they treated him like nothing. A decent transitional episode."
