231.03.2024Damian3.0Actually bad. Raw is just Judgment Day. KO & Zayn have had a horrible tag team title reign, Rhea is dope but aimless and Seth is in a horrible feud with Nakamura. I didn't really care for Gable vs Gunther either. The only highlight is Chelsea Green's backstage vignettes with Niven and Pearce and Miz and LA Knight fucking each other up.

520.10.2023Frank Shooter6.0A show full of great, good, ok and irrelevant things. Shinsuke vs Rollins rivalry has started so good, a very refreshing building with Shinsuke looking again like the eccentric artist and showing his psychological skills in a great promo that reminded me to the pre-match VTR promos NJPW use to do. Using Rollins injuries as a way to put himself on his level is a good resource beautifully executed. I'm not expecting their matches to be great, honestly, but the feud is looking really good at least, and it should've had a lot more of relevance in the show. As of matches goes, that Gunther vs Chad Gable is what Wrestling is all about (or what big matches showcasing great wrestlers must be). They held themselves back for their third match, but they delivered one of the best matches of the year right here. We have Drew McIntyre's character following its development after losing at WrestleMania, Akira Tozawa getting a win over The Miz to put him on LA Knight's level after what happened on the previous SmackDown, and the Judgment Day vs Sami, Kevin and Cody for the 100th time. Those were the ok and irrelevant points, and the lowest of lows were the women's matches. It's a shame Vince doesn't see nothing in The Way members to feature them on TV instead of making Indi and Candice job to Rhea, and the same goes to Katana and Kayden, probably the most cohesioned female Tag Team in the whole company and they get squashed by one half of the Champions. Really bad.

1031.08.2023SKeL5.0Raw is getting so stale it's crazy, I watch the same matches same feuds and same promos every single week : JD vs top babyfaces promo segment to open the show, then they do a tag match in the main event, Cody cuts a directionless white meat babyface promo, they tease some tensions in the JD and in Imperium which is very repetitive, Trish and Becky continue their never ending feud, but the other women's cant get more than ONE MINUTE for their matches.... Gunther vs Gable and the Shinsuke promo are the only things worth watching here

2623.08.2023swagking493077.0Good episode of raw here , the match between Gunther and Gable was easy match of the night even with a countout , nice hard hitting action , Gunther's chops are deadly especially the first one against the barricade , Chad showed some superhuman power which was impressive to see. The worst match was the match between Judgement day vs Sami and Kevin which ended in a dq, it wasn't really a match but an angle to set up the main event. The best segment was the Nakamura promo , allowing him to speak in japanese really gave him a cutting edge , and a killer instinct which gives insight over the feud. Nakamura vs Seth should also be a banger. Match ratings: New Day vs McIntyre and Riddle 5/10, Gable vs Gunther 8/10, Rhea vs Candice 6/10, Akira vs Miz 5/10, Chelsea and Piper vs Katana and Kayden 6/10 , Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn vs the judgment day 4/10, Six man tag 7/10.

Was ich gut fand den Opener (***). Das WWE Intercontinental Title Match zudem mehr im Guide und mein Match of the Night. Zum Schluss noch das Main Event auch mehr im Guide. 8 starke Punkte.

4522.08.2023Liuk4.0The WWE is uninterested to book the female division, the debut of Indi Hartwell (last week) was a squash of 3 minutes and now Candice LaRae (one of the best female wrestler of the federation) was squashed in one minute by Rhea Ripley, instead pushing new talents cause Rhea doesn't have sufficent decent opponents, they made this. The rest of the show was boring the only good things of the show were Chad Gable vs Gunther, the promo of Shinsuke Nakamura and the crowd. The main event is the same as ever (in the last 10 weeks we had more or less 8 times the same main event) and nothing relevant happened in the rest of the show.

4722.08.2023IceOne Another strong show of Raw taken up a notch by a loud crowd. Strong points included Gable vs GUNTHER, KO return, Nakamura promo. The booking of the women division on the other hand continues to disappoint. Also looks like the IWC has found a new thing to complain about after the bloodline in the Judgment Day

5022.08.2023xmarcsthescot4.0Another poor RAW this week. It started off strongly with the first hour and a half going by fast and being mostly enjoyable. Then it started with short matches and bad booking. This felt like a very Vince McMahon show. Especially the booking of the last two matches. The only enjoyable match on the card was Gunther vs Chad Gable. I enjoyed the opening promo with Sami and KO's return. Trish as always brings it on the mic. Shinsuke Nakamura with a good promo package. Who knew letting wrestlers talk in their own language could be beneficial? Everything else stunk badly.

5322.08.2023OneWingedFallenAngel This was a rough-to-watch RAW. I mean, there were some parts I did enjoy (like Sami getting a massive pop at the beginning of the show, Chad vs Gable, despite that odd ending, Akira finally getting a win in...God knows how long, and Shinsuke's segment), but most of this show was dragging and the women didn't even get 5 minutes. Just nearly 3 minutes of 2 women's squash matches combined where it did nothing for Candice, Katana, and Kayden. And the less I talk about that Becky and Trish segment, the better. Although, I thought that Quebec crowd chanting "We don't care" in French was funny. LOL Hopefully that feud will end at Payback and we can move on. This women's division is in desperate need of a hard reset. 4/10
5422.08.2023ANARES4.0Very bad show, the opening with Sami and the Shinsuke vignette were cool, the Gable v Gaunther match very satisfying but the rest is the most repetitive thing I've ever seen, judgment day is a clan that looks very weak and yet they're always in the main event losing and losing again, they're very badly booked, on top of that I feel like I've seen this main event a dozen times it's getting tiring Raw is very bad.

5722.08.2023raininglightning4.0This episode was a real slog. How many times are we going to get some combination of Sami, Kevin, Seth or Cody vs The Judgement Day? It's beyond repetitive. The Trish/Becky stuff is horrendous and even had the crowd chanting "this is fucking boring" in French. Also, almost 3 whole minutes of women's wrestling on this show...so that's something.

5922.08.2023Ersingen7.0I don't think you have to like everything about this show, it actually seemed a bit on the back burner with some fanservice in the form of Hometown Heros in the main event, but still, they haven't forgotten the storylines that are going on. I'm curious to see where this will end up with Gunther and Chad Gable. The tension afterwards in Imperium didn't make sense to me this time. What was Gunther upset about and why did he reproach his two partners? He was - as always - alone out for his match and then lost by count-out? What can Vinci & Kaiser do about it? He shouldn't be ascribed such a Roman Reigns-like role at the head of a grouping, so somewhat out of touch with reality and always blaming others for failures. That doesn't fit, it wasn't Kaiser & Vinci who did the poor sporting performance that night, it was him.Apart from that, we have to find a better feud for Cody Rhodes than "just" standing by someone, so that the numerical balance is created in the Main Event. Especially as I don't think these tensions between Finn Bálor & Damian Priest should be dragged out for TOO long. How many times are they supposed to get into each other's heads and then get back together, only to lose the match in the end

6222.08.2023eltetechori7.0The rating of this show is based on how it was done during the 3 hours and that for me, it started to decline after the first hour and I think that more than what I will give it does not deserve because despite having more fights for me it stays in this rating because it is the one I think it should have.

6422.08.2023Jarr4h8.0Good show including, great promo by Nakamura , Great match between Walter and Gable , tag opener between The New Day and Riddle with Drew , Kevin Owens' comeback and LA Knight showing up , Nakamura's promo just a work of art speaking Japanese since he turned is a good idea. overall Great bulid up show for Payback PPV.
6522.08.2023alexxxxblookat6.0It was an alright episode of Raw for the first two hours, however the recent booking is starting to show it's cracks due to the tightness of it all. The episode starts out amazing with Sami being treated as the rightful prodigal son of Quebec and the Quebec City crowd going apeshit for Kevin Owens' return. Gable/Gunther was absolutely brilliant as expected. It is the best TV match WWE has had all year and is up there with the likes of FTR/Bullet Club Gold and Omega/Vikingo for TV Match of the Year so far. Nakamura had an amazing video package hyping up his feud with Seth Rollins and their subsequent match at Payback, really excited to see how that pays out. Tozawa upsetting Miz with LA Knight's help was a pretty nice moment and good building blocks to their potential bout at Payback. But now onto the cons of this Raw (and with Raw right now in general to be honest). Cody Rhodes has been booked really aimlessly so far, which is kinda shocking considering that other than Seth, he's the top babyface of that brand and WWE as a whole. I feel like he may be back on SmackDown and rekindle his feud with Roman come January, but a nice side feud with a heel Drew or heel Riddle or even a returning Bray Wyatt would be a nice holdover before that eventual rekindling. The Raw Women's Division has been booked ATROCIOUSLY as of right now however. The Women's Tag Division is a complete joke and Rhea Ripley is being booked as too dominant of a champion just having squash match after squash match and creative not giving any since of credibility to any of her challengers or opponents (here's hoping Raquel is the exception to this status quo). Finally, the main event is just the same old same old, with the Judgement Day YET AGAIN battling a team consisting of either Cody or Sami, just feels really stagnate over at their main event scene. Overall, this episode was just okay. The positives were REALLY good, but the negatives? Hoo-boy does Triple H and creative need to work out those kinks in regards to the Woman's Division and Main Events.

7522.08.2023AZDOM6.0Mediocre RAW imo. It started out GREAT with Sami Zayn looking like a GOD AMONGST MEN with this crowd, followed by a thunderous return of Kevin Owens. From there, however, the quality of this episode fizzled out. Besides a stellar tv match between Gable and Gunther and some really good content involving Seth and Nakamura (which really increased my interest in this feud) this episode was largely forgettable. A redundant main event, coupled by two embarrassing displays of the women's division soured my taste for the night. It was really nice to see lively crowd for once though
7622.08.2023Dune7.0Good, sensible episode, at least for the first two hours, but there's some major cracks in the recent tight booking that are starting to show. First, Cody did nothing this month and appears to be going into the next PPV without a match/feud. He's probably going to be locked in for Roman come January, but he needs to do something until then. A feud with a heel Drew or a returning Bray would be a nice sidequest, maybe even Logan Paul. Basically, Cody's looked aimless in the 3 weeks since SummerSlam. Next, the main event scene as a whole is stale. We have been getting a variation of the same exact main event for 2 months straight, with only Nakamura being thrown in once to shake things up. Seriously, I am so sick of watching this match. Last, this women's tag division is a joke. Piper and Chelsea could be a fun team if given enough time to do character work and cut promos, but the actual layout of potential opponents is heatless. The rest of the show was excellent, with Gable/Gunther being the TV match of the year so far, and Nakamura's amazing video package about targeting Seth's injury. The latter played to real-life circumstances and felt very grounded, which is so refreshing.

8722.08.2023Hangman Adam Pierce8.0One of the stronger recent RAWs in terms of atmosphere and match quality. Two great matches between Gunther vs Gable and the main event. The babyfaces vs Judgment day formula is definitely overdone, but part of why it's a formula is because it works, and these red hot, house show-style tags are a ton of fun. The presentation of Shinsuke Nakamura on this show was an uograde from the previous week and a highlight overall. The Becky/Trish stuff continues to be poor, and the lack of women's match time is far from ideal but generally speaking this was a well put together and easy to watch RAW episode. It has broadly been a decent to actively good stretch for the show lately.
8822.08.2023WrestlingBull4.0Only two good things in this episode of Monday Night RAW, first the Intercontinental Championship, as always with Gunther. Chad Gable is doing a fantastic job as the babyface underdog, can't wait for the rematch and lets hope they give them more time cause these two could give us a instant classic if enough time given. The second good point is Shinsuke Nakamura and Seth Rollins promo, they need to main event payback to give some prestige to the WHC cause as of right now this title has been booked like a midcard belt. Everything else was garbage. The state of the whole women's division is beyond pathetic, especially with so many good people they have. They literally book Rhea like terminator et all the others like massive geeks, it is embarrassing. Why would people care now. Candice deserves so much better than this. Rhea's reign has been abysmal and literally helps no one. Same thing for the tag division, you just squashed your only real babyface team just for the sake of it. Same boring main event for the last three months, looks like a RAW from 2k23 in Universe mode where the AI books the same thing over and over and over again. It's a shame tho cause they have so many good talent. The Becky Lynch vs Trish Stratus is a car crash, the crowd was chanting we don't care in french, this whole feud has been a wet fart ever since the beginning, Becky needs to squash Trish at Payback, there is no other way, like nobody wants to see the match, nobody cares about the promos, Trish is unwatchable between the ropes so they should just book Becky to squash her at this point. It is not like Trish is a full time talent and clearly the last few months proved that she doesn't bring anything to the table, even in her home country.
8922.08.2023rgpick5.0The good: Chad vs Gunther was great stuff as one would expect with two top caliber in-ring guys like them. Just a great, hard hitting match. The post-match stuff with Gable was very Luger-esque though. Sure, Gable gave Gunther a loss which was awesome, but he still didn't win the belt. Overall, good stuff though. Also, the Shayna Mortal Kombat promo was really, really cool. I'm just hoping we get to see the badass killer Shayna she used to be in NXT. The bad? Both women's matches were absolute squashes, barely lasting over a minute. Having Candice, who is one of the best female performers of the last ten years get squashed to try to further a lackluster Rhea reign is not the right call. I know they're trying to make Rhea look like an unstoppable force but it's coming at the detriment to the rest of the Raw women. And then there's the women's tag, which was yet another short squash. Impact seems to be the only promotion in the States able to properly book women, which is sad. And then we have the main event, which is a rehash of something we've seen so many times over the last couple months, with a few mixed up ingredients. How many JD DQ losses are we gonna have? The show didn't really move anything forward at all. Yes, we got the announcement of Rhea vs Raquel, but we all knew that was going to happen anyway. Just an unimportant Raw overall it felt like.
9022.08.2023Rossg176.0This week's episode got off to a good start with the return of Kevin Owens to help Sami Zayn against The Judgement Day. The backstage segment between JD McDonagh and Finn Balor was interesting to see, especially where this fits into The Judgement Day storylines. The Becky Lynch segment was quite entertaining especially when Trish Stratus and Zoey Stark came out to the ring. Drew McIntyre & Matt Riddle vs Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods: It would have been better had not only The Viking Raiders interfered but also if they had been given more time, the match itself was okay [**1/4]. Gunther vs Chad Gable: Decent title defense for Gunther even if it did result in Gunther losing by Count Out, Chad Gable did put up a good fight against the unstoppable Gunther to everyone's surprise [***]. Rhea Ripley vs Candice LaRae: A pointless match that the veteran out of the two Candica LaRae look weak as anything and didn't really do anyhting for Rhea Ripley [DUD]. Akira Tozawa vs The Miz: This match was okay, but the result was the biggest surprise when Akira Tozawa pinned The Miz to win, even if LA Knight did distract The Miz [*1/2]. Chelsea Green & Piper Niven vs Kayden Carter & Katana Chance: Another pointless squash match that has no relevance to any storyline [DUD]. Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn vs Damian Priest & Finn Balor: Was okay when Kevin Owens got all fired up in the first minute but for it to end as quick as it did when JD McDonagh threw the briefcase to Kevin Owens for the DQ finish [DUD]. Cody Rhodes, Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn vs The Judgement Day: It was alright, but why did Rhea Ripley have to go involved when she had no business getting involved, Rhodes, Owens & Zayn winning was the right choice [**].
